Great club with lots of equipment in excellently condition. My only complaint is the music is extremely loud and not to my liking, but I’m older than most of the other members! It’s so loud that it penetrates my AirPods!

Refused to cancel my membership after over two years of never missing a payment. I wanted to cancel due to work because I haven't been able to use the gym at all. They kept charging me and have now sent 250ish dollars to collections. This is a trash company just like any other. Only care about sqeezing you for every dollar that they can get out of you. Trash.

I love the energy and the people at this gym! The club manager right down to the maintenance person are some of the coolest most personable people you will ever meet in Redding! Thanks so much you guys cant wait to see you guys soon!

I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Lots of space, but most areas just simply look unfinished. On top of that, there’s lots of misinformation that staff members tell you when you sign up, such as you can pay a fee to cancel a contract early, but this is apparently not true. The only way you can cancel early is if you die (what the woman told me) or get a note from a Dr saying you can no longer make it to the gym. While I understand it is important to honor contracts, life happens and this is way too strict of a policy in my opinion. It seems to me they just need to trap people in order to keep members.I will not go here ever again.

They charge so much you’d think they’d take care of their equipment better weights and plates are left on bars and the floor padding on machines is ripped walls have brown sports and all the equipment makes your hands dirty to use because they’re never clean
