Nsfit is a good gym to workout. They have a good layout, variety of free weights and machines. It has a great atmosphere, helpful staff and trainers(especially Tyler!) I would recommend this gym to friends or family. You won’t be disappointed to join this gym.

Large wide open gym. The staff are always nice and greet you with a smile. The equipment is in good condition and modern. Locker rooms, bathrooms and showers are well maintained. Also, the members are all kind and encouraging. It's a very positive environment. I have gone to a handful of gyms in the Redding area, and NSFIT is my favorite.

Best gym in Redding. Coming from my home gym to a couple other gyms and then finding this one was amazing. It really transformed my body. The employees are so positive and always welcome you in and say have a great day when you leave. The people working out there are also very nice, never had an issue with anyone there. Would recommend to everyone.

Just started working out here used to work out at everyday fitness and I have to say it’s way better there than here prices are better atmosphere is better equipment is better people are considerate here it’s impossible to know if a machine is open or if a squat rack is open because NO ONE UNRACKS THEIR WEIGHT they all just leave it there and the staff doesn’t seem to care

It’s okay. Had better management and atmosphere when it was Fit Republic. I also think it’s crazy a bunch of people recently joined when they had a special and “free daycare” was being advertised just for them to wait a couple months and cancel the free daycare and charge people for it.

Great gym and equipment. Unfortunately they charged me through the entire pandemic when they were closed and after being told my month to month membership was ended I got a letter from a collections agency for hundreds of dollars for unpaid dues. Now I went in a month ago to cancel it again and I am still being billed.
