I’ve already emailed and called this company but they still have not sent a refund or got back to me. Canceled my membership with fit republic back at the beginning of covid and I’m still being charged maintenance and membership fees. Extremely disappointed🤷🏼‍♀️ …

Good luck dealing with the management of this club. They were bought out by the Ninja gym in town and nothing has changed. Subpar customer service and a refusal to properly bill and charge memberships. It’s unfortunate there’s not many gyms in town but I highly recommend going anywhere else.

Canceled my membership before the new company took over. Then i got a call from collections saying I owed them $160 in late fees. This of course was at thier new rates that I never agreed to. Called and told them to remove me from thier records and to drop the debt from collections. They have not so it looks like I'll need to contact the better business bureau now and deal with whatever headache that is. Don't sign up here unless you want them to steal your money -_-

Ive tried for months to cancel my account, before they change owners the prices tripled from what I was signed on for. I went in and talked the desk ladies ear off about how my account doesn't have my name on it but keeps charging me monthly during this shut down. I havnt gone to the gym all year and they can't stop taking my money. I even changed my credit card twice, I called again to complain since this time they over drew my acct for something I cant even do during this purple stage shut down...

Any gym with a 30 day in person cancellation notice should be avoided. “All gyms are a little sketch” is not a reasonable answer when asking for an explanation as to why they make the cancellation process so difficult. And the 30 day can affectively be a 59 day notice depending on your billing cycle and when you can make it in. Certainly encourages people to not want to come back...Coaches and trainers are all wonderful

This place is awesome. I totally love it here. I am the type of guy who hates going to the gym, but not any more. The facility is top notch. The staff is very friendly and doesn't have that meathead mentality that so many gyms have. The team training is the best I've ever been part of. They run a phenomenal program and. I have brought several of my friends over to sign up.

Good luck dealing with these guys. So I get an a-mail saying they are going to suspend billing during the pandemic That’s great. I notice charges on my account so I call and they say they are open. I work from 7am-5pm and do to covid I’m still working from home. When I asked the gym about the charges and that I needed to cancel the membership because we are still in the middle of a pandemic. I was told that they need a notice to cancel and that they were going to charge my card again. I enjoyed going to this gym and use to go on friends membership before becoming a member. I will never go back and urge people to avoid any gyms affiliated with this one.

Its not a bad gym. Its very open and there is. Alot of space to get your workout in but they do not take care of their equipment. Its only been open for awhile now but some of the bolts on the machines are coming loose and a lot of them need to be oiled and kept up with. I also do not see a lot of cleaning going on from the staff. I have been there since they opened in October and it is a decent gym with great equipment but wish that they would maintain their stuff and keep them running smoothly. It seems that they will only do something when one of their machines starts to not work properly. Other than that the gym is good but could be even better and the price is right.*Edit This review was for Fit republic before they switched to NS Fit.

Good gym equipment but people are irresponsible slobs. Nothing put back where it came from and the piece of equipment I need most is always gone!
