Way too expensive. Not even competitive with LA Fitness which is just as nice of a gym if not nicer. But both are brand new and Super Deluxe with everything.

Let me start by saying the gym is very clean. But no towel service?! All super sports and entertainment supposed to have towel service!

At the old gym was small, but it was like family. The new gym has a lot a new equipment, but the staff is terrible and they are unprofessional. They are push you to sell you everything and are demeaning. So I changed my gym.

Beautiful gym, clean equipment, never very packed so 5🌟 on that. Unfortunately I get zero cell service and they don't have WiFi so I have no way to listen to my music while I work out (the whole block has choppy service for me)! Unfortunately, it's a deal breaker for me. I'll be happy to return When they get WiFi. …

Unfortunately this "Super Sport Club" dwarfs many true "Super Sport Clubs." The staff is friendly, yet all of the unecessary fees are a joke as with any typical membership club. It simply needs to be bigger than it currently is. Another perk is cleanliness, housekeeping actually fullfills their duties, as is the club officially open for a full 24/7. The former club was not, due to previous city regulations.

24 hour fitness changed the title of their gyms thereby upgrading with no actual up grades thus voiding contracts with those who had pre-existing all sport contracts. They have done this in the past. If you wish to suddenly lose the contract you signed and be forced to pay more for the same or go to one gym only, sign up. They LOVE to rip off loyal customer!

The gym itself is nice and I have always received helpful friendly service from all of the employees. However this is NOT a "super sport". It is a "sport".. it has zero amenities up and above a standard sport. There is no wifi, and no towel service. When I questioned an employee there she really had no idea why it is touted as a super sport as the sports also have pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. She guessed it must be the size of the gym that makes it a super sport.. not good enough. I told her I am paying extra but am not receiving anything more for the money. She did say they do SELL towels.. but they are extremely overpriced.. I should have asked if they will wash it for me when I am done haha.. and I have news for you, the drought is all over california, not just redlands. So why do other super sports in the area provide towels? It doesn't make sense. Either provide the same amenities as other super sports, or call it what it truly is, a basic "sport", and lower your prices. I am considering canceling my membership...

I have been a member for more than 25 years. I was grandfathered into this club as it was the original one I joined. However I used to go to many other clubs throughout So Cal that I no longer can because they are now "Super" Sport Clubs. The only way I can is once again increase what I pay for dues. Typical greedy corporation close the clubs and raise the dues. No loyalty to their members. I would recommend joining another club.. One that treats you with respect and not out to rip you off. Most other clubs treat you like family. Just because they are bigger and better they do not make you increase your dues to attend. They raise the price on new member. This club is nice. But the company as a whole is all about the money, not the members.
