The first time I went here, it was really clean and a pleasure to use the facilities. I mostly have been swimming recently due to an injury and mostly use the sauna, dry suana, pool area. I came to this one since the other one near redlands closes at 10 PM.The steam room reeked. I couldn;t stand one second of opening the door. It didn't feel biologically safe to be in there. The crew can do a better job. I was swimming for a couple of hours and the steam room wasnt fixed. The crew was made aware ot it.In general, I think the cleaning crew needs to do a round of inspection every hour or so. I look forward to my recreation time and hate to see it ruined by basic cleanliness. As I get older, my time is more precious.

One of the best gyms in Redlands, nice and clean, with friendly staff, and well-maintained equipment.

It used to look nice in there. Now it looks old & shabby (including the machines/equipment). I don't think they've been really taking care of it since the pandemic.

The fact that this gym is super dirty, makes me wonder if the machines are sanitary and if they sanitize this place at all. Other than that, the staff are super nice.

I really like this gym. It's always clean, the staff are friendly, and there are plenty of machines. They also have a sauna and steam room, as well as basketball court and swimming pool.

This gym is super dirty. The machines are filthy. It doesn't seem like people use the sanitizer bottles since I couldn't get any liquid out. It was half full but the nozzle was caked up. Gross. When I showed up, I had some first timer questions about my membership, straight up ignored by the 2 employees at the front desk talking to one another. Do not believe the people on here leaving reviews about how clean the gym is, lol. Especially if they wrote it in the past year. I see the manager or owner keeps replying that cleanliness is important to them or that they dropped the ball. They don't do anything about it. See for yourselves, straight up filthy. Wish we could report this in some other way, especially in post-covid times. Gyms doubled down in filthyness instead of taking care of their spaces, sad. Regret buying my 1-year membership. I'm a chump. Go to other gyms, probably smaller gyms that keep it clean.

***EDIT***Since posting the review seen below, I have seen the staff routinely cleaning up the gym, as I'm typing this, I'm watching the entire staff as a group going around checking the equipment and making sure everything is picked up and working as it should be. In a perfect world, members would clean up their own mess, but I'm really impressed to see that the staff is stepping it up and being proactive. Awesome 👍I've been coming to this gym for about 8 months. It's crowded, the equipment isn't maintained all that well, the bathrooms are pretty gross and smell like urine and you often see trash and toilet paper on the floor, as of the past month I've noticed that when certain staff members are working, the sanitizer bottles are constantly empty, and the paper towel machines are either super low or empty. We as members pay maintenance fees, and pay for a membership at a clean and maintained gym. And given the fact that this location is always crowded, that indicates that business is going well. Which is awesome, but let's keep the members happy by doing basic maintenance and ensuring the facility is clean. I'll continue going to this gym because it's close by, and I just avoid the bathrooms all together, but it would be nice to feel like you're at a gym, and not a truck stop bathroom.

So far, so good. Since I have returned to 24 I must say the redland gym is th most comfortable for me. I go at opposite hour of the crowd so im able to use everything i need to get a nice workout. I have visited all the Supersports in the area . 4 of them . Redlands is the cleaner of them . Great staff but I enjoyed the limonite and carlsbad location also . Vegas has a wonderful Supersport gym also very big. Great job 24

They're open 24hrs but their phone only works M-F 6am-6pm according to the message. Wanted to check out the lap pool so I went in since I couldn't call anyone on a Sat night. The front person was helpful and let me walk around. It was surprisingly busy at 9pm on a Sat night. The pool had all lanes being used and it appeared people waiting their turn. The weight area was surprisingly packed too. Not sure when they are less busy if its a good place to workout or not. Maybe try 11pm or 3am.
