This 24 hour fitness cost $10 more per month to use than my old one. I was told it was a nicer gym, which is why it costs more, so I looked forward to my first day going there, since my old 24 hour fitness definitely had cleanliness issues.Well, I can say that this gym had cleaner and nicer locker rooms. But every thing else is actually worse and downright bad.They have the lowest quality machines of any fitness center I've ever seen. They use the cheap StarTrac machines, which are hotel gym level. That is completely unacceptable for any decent gym. No Cybex machines of any kind. And by machine, I mean both the aerobic ones and the weights.Yes, the gym is large, but it's not letting crowded. I cancelled my membership because this gym is so bad at the basics. That's all I want, a good basic workout. Can't get that here.

So many complaints in these reviews. However, I find this to be one of the nicer gyms I've been to. Staff always greets you upon entering and leaving. I've never been pestered or felt judged by trainers either.Only reason I'm leaving 4/5 (and is close to 5 in my opinion), is because how crowded this gym can get after work. PACKED.Also, I miss some small things like the towel service that Ontario 24 offers.Solid gym though.

I go here almost every weekday, They have everything require for your workout. I would have given 5 stars if they keep all resistance bands and other small workout accessories.

Like the gym so far, newer machines, it's clean and staff do not ignore you when you come in, which is a nice change from la fitness

Mostly here early mornings and staffs are nice. Less people. Clean gym compare to other 24 hour fitness I’ve been. 💪👍🏻 …
