The people at this place are rude and I felt a bit dicriminated against . I have been a 24 hour membership holder for years and can't believe the barriers they can muster when they want to make people feel excluded .

Bad gym to run at. All the treadmills are in the single,center row. The inability to watch other runners while you run kills my motivation. Running sucks and I need all the extra motivation I can find.

I have been a member for over 20 years and i have never had such rude and dismissive staff. This place would be better off staffed by robots as at least robots have an excuse for not being able to think. As I'm writing this in trying to by something from their store and they are telling me it doesn't open until 6. It's 630.

When I go to a super sport I expect to have towel service and WiFi I might be spoiled from going to the eastvalle super sport but there is no difference from this gym and other sport gyms. Also if you have T-moble you won't have cell reception so if you use Pandora or something like it it won't work.

A friend gave me a FREE 3 day pass to use. I met with the sales manager, Jordan Morris was his name I believe. I told him I just wanted to use the free pass and wasn't interested in a membership at this time.He then told me he would not give me the 3 day pass unless I did the following:1. Gave him 10 of my friend's names and numbers for referralsor2. Pay a $25 daily feeHe was rude and a complete sales shark. Horrible way to treat potential customers.

Awesome facility and faculty, very clean and equipment is always where it should be. Sure they don't have towels, major drought people! !!! Suck it up and get your own. I'm thank full that this corporation opted out of towel service.

I am only giving a 2 star for a few reasons.1. Some of the Staff seems to disregard existing members (old employees from San Bernardino/ Redlands have been great).2. Does not have all the amenities that other Super Sports have (towels, racquetball court, artificial turf).3. The spacing and size is horrible. This was built from the ground up and yet they missed the mark big time.The gym looks great and at the end you will get a good workout if you choose but you are better off driving to Fontana if its not an inconvenience.
