It's okay. Problem is that they've signed up too many people and it's always packed. Maybe if you go at 11 pm or 6 am, if you like quiet get a membership somewhere else.

DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS GYM!!!! they will sign you up for a year long contract without your knowledge or permission and bill you over a hundred dollars monthly for an entire year. Dont believe a word these people say, they are absolute crooks! Save your self the trouble and go somewhere else

Great clean place compared to other gyms, the only downside is when your all coked out on preworkout and all of a sudden you have to use the restroom and they have no toilet paper, this has happened more than once and iv had to cut my work out short to drive back home and take care of business

I like 24 hrs but this particular place is lagging behind on fixing non-functional machines. It takes a month or more just to fix a minor issues. See the attached picture. This machine has been on the fixing list for ages.What does the man in-charge of this doing everyday? Smoke outside? No wonder why a few of my friends left and move to the new gym closeby.

Truly a great gym! This post is certainly driven by comparison of other 24 hr. Super Sports from the LA area. Are there areas of opportunity? Sure.Comparatively this gym offers a comfortable experience that other locations cannot offer.

The Olympic room is very dirty, no one swiped for 2/3 weeks! When I’m trying to do mine yoga’s the floor very dirty, feels like I need to go join some where have clean n healthy gym! ! Not happy with this gym!

I have a lifetime membership which 24hr is trying to get rid of but it is by contract. I moved to a remote area where the nearest 24 hr is a 2 hour drive through the mountains. I have not been able to use my membership for 5 years but still pay the annual membership fee. I happened to be in Redlands for 6 weeks and came to this location to work out excited about finally being able to use my membership and I was told by Matthew P that my membership did not include that club. He said I could drive about 20 miles to one that was part of my membership. I was a 2 minute drive from this place. I explained my situation and asked if I could come at off peak times, he said maybe once. What a horrible customer relations attitude. I would never recommend 24 hour fitness to anyone.

Worst gym ever. The staff members are extremely unprofessional. Some of the members try to bully other members over space and the staff just looks the other way. They have no towel service. Also if there are any issues with your membership, staff doesn’t know how to use their own membership software, ( even management). They always try to sell you supplements that you don’t need and the male staff members are only motivated to practice good customer service if you are an attractive female.
