My nephew kick boxes up here and really enjoys this place. Seems very clean, well lit, and a great over all atmosphere, espiecially for the younger kids. We need to support more small businesses in our community like this one. You figure the over head at a prime location such as this one isn't cheap so if you have the time and this is something you might be interested in, why give your money to the big guys? Support your local small business like this one.

Went here for a boxing class, the lesson itself was really good however it would have been nice to have a stretch or warm up as part of the class. This class focuses only on technique rather than including some condition training, so it feels somewhat incomplete. There are no showers in the place, they did have a little area for weight training. Besides the monthly membership fee ($149) there is a down payment ($125) you have to pay to become a member which i thought was strange.
