I love the morning crew , can’t say the same about the evening , management needs to work on the evening crew . In the mornings I see the people at the front coming consistently to the women’s bathroom , and upstairs to pick up and greet members . This location is getting soMuch better with cleaning mess , members are dirty it’s not entirely the teams fault . I would highly recommend this location . Go in the morning during the week when it’s the most clean , I come between 5am - 10 am and it’s really clean and not a lot of people like in the evening

I thought the problems with 24hr Fitness were isolated to single bad actor locations but after trying a few out, it's official, 24 Hr Fitness is the worst gym chain in the US. Give me my money back. If you don't go at like 4am, it's not possible to realistically follow any sort of program.1. System wide, the free weight area is a total disaster. How it is possible to not have a single pair of dumbbells 5-45lbs available. Where are they? I don't see people using them in the free weight area? I have never experienced such disorganization in a gym.2. The culture of this gym is poor. Low quality member-base. By that I mean, lack of gym etiquette, general lack of self-awareness in share spaces. The only negative review I have ever given is for 24 Hr Fitness. Do yourself a favor and avoid this godforsaken place.

This used to be a really nice, well maintained gym but now the machines are in disrepair and dirty, there’s trash all over the floor, trying to find a 5 or 10 lb plate is near impossible, the cable machines have mismatched handles. I only gave it 2 stars because it’s actually there and available but I won’t be going back. I’d rather drive out of my way to hit a cleaner, maintained gym.

This gym went from 5 stars to negative stars but I’m force to give it a 1 star. Let’s see here…….. broken machines, garbage and dust all over the floor, a lot of missing dumbbells, a lot of missing plates, a lot of missing cable attachments, bad smell, bums in the parking lot, I saw one staff member yesterday with his face buried in his phone…… and it was the only staff member present. The extreme decline of this gym is disappointing and I’d recommend everyone to stay away from it unless you like being irritated the entire time you’re working out.Update 9/10/23I decided to go lift here again and they made a complete turn around. The floors were clean, the cleaners were there cleaning as I lifted. Machines were fixed and the gym appeared to be fully staffed. They definitely got with the program. The only thing negative was that the dumbbells are scattered everywhere but that’s due to sloppy, lazy people, not the gym staff. In light of this I’m giving it back the 5 stars it commanded before Covid.

Visiting town and got a day pass, $25. Should have just gone for a run on the street and done bloody weight work. My nose would thank me and I wouldn't feel the need for a bleach bath.Everything was out of order. Machines in disrepair. A cable machine tried to take my eye out. EVERYTHING was sticky by 8am when I was there. Lack of cable accessories. Lack of weight plates. Very few matching dumbbell pairs.

This is much better a much better place to work out this is the 24-hour fitness that I'll be coming to its clean and smells good looks good the Staff Personnel Working welcomed me in, and gave me a mini-tour Real Friendly.the people working out aren't STARING, they're more ACCEPTING of a different Cultural Human being.Real pleasant at at this hour I will come back at different hours to rate it especially during busy 3pm to 10 p.m..or so.So far so good, please keep the women's locker room clean and the women's bathroom clean and I should be Happier.5/5🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟Keep up the Good Work!

Women’s locker room is unsanitary and unsafe to use , there was a dead roach near my locker and staff is nowhere to be seen at 3am. The other night I walked in on a homeless sleeping inside the women’s locker room bench. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. This gym needs a solid cleaning crew especially for the women’s locker room which seems to be consistently neglected. Additionally, guests have no manners to just throw their used paper towels and feminine products on the bathroom floor. Yuck.

Just wanted to provide an update since I haven’t been here in a while. The TVs in front of the treadmill‘s are terrible. One TV with CNN, two 24 hour fitness infomercial tv shows and one Home Shopping Network and no sports on the TV’s. It is NBA playoff time and they don’t even have NBA games on the TVs. There is one TV with NBA way in the back by those funky exercise machines that nobody uses. They really need to get their TV station channels straight. This place has big fans and great air conditioning. I was first a little skeptical about trying this gym out because of all the negative reviews about cleanliness and how dirty the gym is but it actually wasn’t as bad as most of the reviews. 24 hour fitness is an economical gym that is affordable. It’s not the one that charges you $100 to $300 a month so they’re not gonna constantly have cleaning staff going up and down the aisle sweeping and wiping so some level of dust and dirt might be present, but this gym was definitely cleaner than the other 24 hour fitnesses that I’ve gone to. There is a big parking lot, but there’s also a lot of members that go to this gym after work hours so finding parking might be a little tough during peak hours. Overall I give this place a four because it’s not perfect but it’s pretty decent and you could get a good workout in at a great monthly price.

This gym is always dirty, they don’t have enough weights, the showers are clogged and several equipments are broken. I did a review on the website in the past but nothing changed, it just got worst.

Went here with the three day pass and was so unimpressed that I won’t be using the next two days even though they’re free. I signed up online and when I arrived, staff was unwelcoming and did the bare minimum by getting me in the system but told me nothing about the gym. Every other gym I’ve ever been to at least points you in the directions of things or even shows you around. They were also weird about me proving I lived in Redwood City, whether that’s an official rule of the facility or not I’m not sure but if it were, it’s odd to have such a rule when it said nothing online during my signup.Cleanliness was a huge issue. On the treadmill I looked down and the front and the side rails of the tracks were COVERED in dust and dirt. You’d think they’d see this or bother to clean since these are in the aisle way, not even against a wall. It just makes you wonder what else they’re skipping cleaning that you can’t see. They also had barely any disinfectant stations for such a large facility. When I was done with my workout, I looked around but didn’t see any. I finally saw one around the other side of a support beam on my way out. Given that they are so sparse/unobvious (and the station had one spray bottle for soo many machines) I doubt people take the time to clean their machine off after use, which is unideal in normal times, let alone after two years of a pandemic. Won’t be returning here.
