only 2 showers. one has an 'out of order' sign and in the other the shower-head points in the wrong direction and falls continuously. showers should not be listed as an amenity for this gym.

I go late at night to the gym when it's quieter and I have some time to myself and the staff is so accommodating and wonderful I'm so grateful for that. They are also extremely clean I appreciate that more than you will ever know. I used to go to another gym and it was so gross I couldn't stand it anymore I had to literally clean the shower before I used it it was nasty it was nasty I just I'm so grateful if it's so much cleaner and what a nice stuff I can't even tell you. Only thing is sometimes I think the air conditioning is too high and at night time the bathroom can be freezing. At night they should turn down the air conditioner.

I go late every night. Staff is amazing and so helpful! Lucas is so attentive and he keeps the place spotless. After my last gym and what I went through their it means so much to come to a clean gym with friendly staff that are tentative and actually care about you. Other places I've been to have not been so friendly and the place has been discussing dirty this is like the opposite of that they're just very friendly and attentive and you know there for your every need , yet it's spotless and I appreciate that. I go late at night I kind of like time to myself and they're respectful of that as well. if I just want to be quiet and do my thing then that's fine, if I feel like being social that's fine too. The rest of the evening staff is just amazing. I'm so impressed! The only complaint I have is that I wish the bathroom and showers weren't so freezing. I mean it feels like the air conditioner is on full blast. I just wish they'd turn it down a little bit or something. Some nights I go in there and the temperature is perfect. But most of the time it's like a ice box. Other than that I couldn't be more pleased!

I've lived in the neighborhood for years - this business has brought with it a clear uptick in homeless people sleeping in their cars in this parking lot. I suspect this is enabled by them "hiding" amongst the 24hr nature of the business, meaning it's not "unexpected" for cars to be around. Driving the parking lot, the homeless are obvious. Shirtless homeless walking the parking lot were observed today at 11pm. Be a good neighbor and patrol your space. Otherwise the neighborhood will be less safe due to your presence, if not already.

Gym is small limited equipment ,doesn't look like it's ever cleaned, employees arent helpful supervisor is rude disrespectful she is very short with customers and over talks people when they are voicing concerns ,She is short dirty blonde and unbecoming

Great gym! Love the machine selection, and when I went in the afternoon the management seemed to be very helpful the staff member named Ben was very attentive and polite whenever I had questions.

Terrible. The new management has totally messed this gym up for me.I’m soo glad I canceled.The lady boss with is incompetent and rude to customers.The guy is always on his phone and rude with an attitude.I have observed managers in the BLACK shirts yelling at other people in the gym.A few front desk older workers compensate for the new managers lack of customer service skills. But still,Just completely unprofessional.

UnFreaking believable. I have been a member with this gym since opening and as I walked into the gym I found out despite paying my bill every month I owed....$84 dollars! The 2 gym attendants ( a man and woman) told me to go on ahead and use the gym. But...right in the middle of my workout the woman attendant tells me " oh sorry can't have you in the gym unless you pay the $84 off." That right there p--d me off a lot. And the ultimate middle finger ? MY BLACK CARD GETS TAKEN AWAY! Seriously that was just pure humiliation right there. The male gym attendant was awesome the woman on the other hand comes across more of a tyrant. This experience just makes me not want to come back this to joint.

Great Facility. Just built and recently opened, so everything is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. It’s a great gym. They have a tanning bed and a red light therapy machine too. It’s also an easy place to workout, even if you’ve never been to a gym before.

Finally, a Planet Fitness on this side of the bay! I've gone to several over the last few years including Fremont, Blossom Hill, Milpitas, and San Diego. This Redwood City one looks big on the outside, but this one might be the smallest by far (imagine a space the size of your average Denny's for comparison).This one upholds the standard and positive PF experience. Everything is still very new and clean. There are plenty of treadmills and ellipticals, but only 3 Smith machines and maybe extra space for about 2/3 people in the dumbells or stretching area. Unfortunately, they don't have yoga mats at this location. They do have 2 of the fan type rowing machines though!I did see a lot of people signing up too. Just be wary of the peak hours because you might have to wait on the machine you want if you're not doing cardio. But the off hours are pretty empty.
