New membership via my company insurance. I went for the first time this past Friday morning, the door was open and I walked in to see a few people working out quietly. I step out to grab a towel from my car and when I tried to re enter the door was locked. Apparently someone inside locked the door to keep me out and the signs on the building explained no one was to open the door for anyone outside… mind you nothing on the website said I needed to come at certain hours to be met by an actual staff member. I’ve since cancelled my membership as I got the feeling the all white elderly who were inside were not comfortable with my brown skin coming to workout amongst them. Sad cause I thought I read the owner was a woman of color whose also a veteran… this coming from a veterans daughter and employee of the Dept of VA. Planet fitness in redwood here I come!

I like this gym because it’s small and no cocky people here. Staff is polite and helpful. Quiet neighborhood. No traffic. There is always parking available. Also a couple decent small restaurants available…enjoy 😎. I wish they had a spot outside to park and lock bikes. …

They won't cancel my membership over the phone or email.I have moved and can't be there in person to cancel the membership.So they just keep charging me every month.With this experience I can't recommend them.

The location hours are posted but you would find it nearly impossible to find a person inside during those hours. If you do not have a membership you probably won't be able to get one with the way their hours work.

Clean small facility. It was on the Silver Sneakers website. Would have joined but uninformed front desk staff. He wanted me to call my medical insurance for a letter that it was OK to join. I belong to Medicare and have Silver Sneakers …

Perfect for me. Conveniently located, always parking, and often isn't crowded when I go. Has machines and free weights, and trainers with flexible schedules. No showers, but I am close to home, so no issue. Owner cares, and will talk to members with questions or issues. I have been known to tell her to go home when she stays too late!

Clean and friendly staff but very small, not a wide selection of machinery and pretty cramped. We came here to test it out and will be staying with our 24 hour membership instead.
