So happy I found Jennifer and Sparkle Yoga. When I began classes with Jennifer 18 months ago, I had no idea how life changing Yoga would be. I am stronger and more flexible. My aches and pains have diminished. Jennifer is an amazing and inspirational instructor. She has created a welcoming and encouraging environment where everyone, no matter what age, leaves energized.

As a beginner, Sparkle Yoga has been a perfect fit for me. The studio environment and staff are very welcoming. Class variety and instructors are great. I've improved my flexibility and stability, incorporated meditation, and made new friends along the way. Jennifer is an awesome instructor and person! Give Sparkle Yoga a try. It has been a very positive experience for me.

I love teaching here, this is a wonderful studio! When I teach and practice here it really feels like "home". Everyone is very welcoming and you never feel intimidated. I love the low pressure atmosphere.
