Sien was very hospitable and informative about certain exercises I was going to accomplish. I should be paying him for the great advise he gave. Great gym overall and staff are very kind!

Who actually enjoying paying to use a gym on the parking lot ? Like honestly and then they mock you with a sign in the middle of the tent “AC is OVERRATED” like TF??You ask me this gym went downhill REAL FAST.They got there members paying the same price with not even have the accommodations your paying for.But yet they expect us to be cool about it ? Complete bs

This is a great gym. Excellent customer service very clean. I would like to share a few tips. I really enjoy going to Zumba classes except to Darlene's class. I find it very hard to keep up with her steps she changes them too quick and her music is different which makes it hard to follow the rythym . Shamari's class used to be good now it is hard to keep up eith syeps and new songs.. Wish instructors could stick to zumba steps, they should try same music and steps like Maria's, Noel's and Christobal's. This could be the reason why their classes get full. So far they are the best😊 Another thing that bugs me is the Sauna not being clean more often, and being out of service a lot also not, hot enough or enough room for everyone.

On March 03, 2020 I paid Chuze Fitness $365.62 for 12 months in advance. As of 03/16/20, Chuze has been shut down due to Coronavirus shut downs. Therefore I asked Chuze Fitness on 03/20/2020 & 08/13/2020 for a refund of my $365.62.Instead Chuze responds, "paid in full memberships are non-refundable". However Chuze never specified that to me verbally nor in writing. Chuze now claims that "paid in full memberships are non-refundable" was in my agreement, however I was not given a copy of an agreement. While I paid in advance the $365.52 for 12 months on Chuze debit/credit card kiosk Chuze had me sign and initial what I was told was my receipt of the paid in advance 12 months. Chuze keeps offering an extension of the 12 months although I continue explaining I do not want an extension, I want my $365.52 back. Because Chuze has been shut down for 5 months now. It is not fair for any consumer to pay for a service or a product they never receive, that is actually theft. Especially while several gyms and businesses are being permitted to tent their businesses outside. I filed a complaint with the State of California Attorney General and I am waiting on a response. Wish me and everyone in my shoes for justice. Thanks in advance.

I'm so glad to come to this gym ... thanks to the Kids Club my wife and I are atending to the group classes like BODY pump ,Zumba, Zumba Toning etc. And my kids most of the time don't want to go home; friendly staff.Hidromasaje is always a nice start or finish.Just try to avoid the crowds.Very easy....if you don't like the water fountain just bring your own.I have closer Gyms but I "CHUZE" this one because of the Kids Club.

Chuze is not a gym. It's a health and well being community. I truly feel supported and encouraged to work for my health benefit with the friendly and helpful staff, the knowledgeable and supportive trainers and instructors, and the always clean facilities. I like working out, but I really really like working out at Chuze and participating in the various classes they offer. Even through this shelter in place time, Chuze is providing challenges and at home video workouts to keep up with our fitness. What more could I ask for? Thank you so much for caring about your Chuze family!!

People getting the Steam and Spa with shoes despite Big Sign that Shoes and Sandals are not allowed. This is nasty as shoes can transmit diseases. No monitoring from the staff. Reported one but nothing happened.

Says 24 hrs..not true if its only tues wed Thursday. ...steam room always broke here in Rialto....disappointed on this service we pay extra for this amenity never works....

I would be satisfied with the gym if it didn’t Smell like toilet water. Seriously, how does the WHOLE gym smell this way? I can’t be the only one that feels this way...

I go to this gym atleast 5 times a week but dont really feel safe taking my car there since it has been broken into cant really workout out and dont have peace of mind when I do take it now there has been atleast 3 other car break ins there they should really get a security there other then that the gym is nice and clean has alot of great equipment and the staff is very friendly and helpful
