Pretty much an excellent gym, employees are very friendly and everything about the gym is great. Love coming here!

I hate it when the staff turnoff the movie at night even though its not yet finish. That is so rude. I don't know if tou guys are trying to save money but you don't totally turn off the screen so its still useless

Great gym with a lot of different machines. Very clean and has awesome customer service. Definitely gets my money's worth.

This was one of my favorite Gyms. Then I had to have emergency surgery and flew out to WA. Found out im gonna be here a while and decided to cancel. THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL WITHOUT ME WALKING IN. Ive spent 2 weeks fighting with them. Ultimately I just had to close my entire bank account to stop them from charging me. RUN AWAY.

My sister goes to zumba 24/7 so I guess she loves it! I go to the kids club and they are the best my favorites are 1:Sam 2:silvia 3:Elizabeth this gym is also very clean and sanitized the employees at the front are always smiling if you have a kid it is great to take them to the kids club theres also a movie theater and you can work out in it which I think is awsome💁🏻‍♀️and that's my opinion

I love this gym and would give it 5 stars if the saunas actually got hot I can be there for an hour and not break a sweat also saw a few silverfish crawling in and out the wood.. at the time a good majority of their equipment is out of order n some r due for repairs I love this gym but I just feel like the Rialto location needs a bit of an upgrade also the water fountain water taste like chlorine other than that I love this gym🤷🏻‍♀️😅

The facilities at this Chuze are location are mostly stellar, but the saunas areare terrible. They are not hot enough. One can feel a cool breeze constantly inside of the sauna. Also, the heaters frequently turn off to the point where the entire sauna is quite cool. This problem needs to be addressed. I have never seen this level of neglect at any other Chuze location. I hope Chuze will address this problem because I love almost everything about Chuze, but this problem has gone on long enough to make me seriously consider cancelling my membership.

Best gym that I've been able to find! It has a lot of equipment for cardio and free weights. It also has a sauna + a steamer. They even have a body composition machine that'll tell you about your body fat mass, weight, water weight, etc. It's super great to keep track of your progress. Although the only downside would be that there are so many people that go, I wish the gym was a bit bigger. Other than that it's a really great place to workout.

This gym is clean and that's the only reason I give it more than 1 star. The staff is always busy just talking with each other. There's no rule enforcement. Gym goers are constantly just talking and sitting on machines. Very small and crowded gym. There's a guy who is always sleeping in the men's locker room and staff refuses to do anything about it. I mean almost every morning this man is taking a nap in there blocking lockers. Also the men's room always stinks like sewage. Worth the $10 a month, I guess, if you live in Rialto and need a cheap membership.

I have been a member with Chuze for a couple years and have been really happy with it. I primarily use my membership for the sauna as I have some health issues that directly need the sauna treatment. Chuze offers quality saunas everywhere i've gone.Except for Rialto.I have never experienced such terrible quality machines there. It's so weak, I can be in there for 40 minutes and not even feel warm.I am very frustrated, I have told so many employees, spoken to management, emailed, called, so many times.This is not the quality I have come to expect with Chuze and frankly, it's becoming insulting to the consumers.I have tried so hard not to switch to another major gym but I am not getting the acceptable response. I am a paying consumer and I am directly not getting the value for money.I have told many of my friends who need saunas for similar medical issues about Chuze and now they are all rethinking their memberships because of this total lack of quality.This is disappointing and I thought I could expect more from this corporation.
