WORSE EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR ANUAL FEE AND WHEN I CALLED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER NOONE WAS ABLE TO TELL ME WHEN HE WOULD BE THERE AND A GIRL NAMED GIANNI WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND WAS ACTING LIKE A COMPLETE STREET GIRL VERY ARGUMENTATIVE AND THE WORSE COSTUMER SERVICE DO NOT MAKE THIS YOUR HOME GYM YOURE BETTER OFF ANY AT ANY OTHER GYM.

2 leg machines in the “stretching” area that are the same, one doesn’t go to the lowest setting for us smaller people ( so in other words it’s partly broken) , and the other would be taken by a person who is for a good fraction of the time just on their phone sitting down (so frustrating) . Honestly this disappoints me since this is the newer planet fitness. Also delayed start with the hydro massage chairs. Sometimes have to check twice to see if it’ll turn on.
