Planet Fitness

I have been to several Planet Fitness gyms in the Inland Empire and this gym has been the dirtiest gym I've seen. I know that as members we need to do our part as well. It's disgusting how members don't clean up after themselves, but someone needs to be cleaning/disinfecting these bathrooms and showers.

They are quick to sign you up but somehow forget to cancel when you request to do it multiple times. Cesar is the general manager and he knows this issue is common at that franchise. I would stay away! Fitness 19 is right across the street, it’s more affordable, they offer better service and at least they don’t feed you pizza 🍕 😂 …

joined an after 4 weeks of going and they were packed every time, did some workouts, gave up kids playing on their phones, instead of working out, or people hogging machines, got on 3 treadmills didnt even work right, got on the elliptical's an 2 didnt even start the timer it kept jumping around,, got aggravated an went home an cancelled my 10$ membership.. the guys in front were sitting on the counters while people were standing around playing on their phones,

I went in there to use the bathroom I was thinking about becoming a member but they lost my business . Even if I went in there to just use the bathroom the young African-American male employee was waiting right there for me to get out of the bathroom I mean besides race not anything racist wise that is illegal for any employee to do that he either needs to be retrained or fired.

Good spot for when I travel to Rialto. I can't complain too much. This particular spot doesn't break their neck to greet you upon entering and exiting, but that's fine. Sometimes you don't need the greeting.

Not as many machines and a bit more cramped then other locations in the area. The people at the counter didnt greet me entering or leaving which isnt a big thing but compared to the planet fitness closer to my house where they do, it does give it a diffrent feel lol but yeah more cramped. * just realized all the planet fitness i have gone to only have one set of weights 😬

I like this one here it has more machines, staff is relatively friendly it's a really big parking lot with multiple store fronts. Would be nice if they had another bench inside the men's locker room one stationed and the one that's movable is fine. It's kind of sad that they took away the coffee and bagels in the pizza would be nice they bring those back cover this died down it's not at its peak anymore so the only place that's really requiring a face mask is doctor's office and what.

The person that answered the phone, referred me to the website, I thought that was poor business, because I could of done that first
