There is plenty of equipment that I like to use. Free trainer (have not used this service yet). Went on a sat morning and it was not crowded.

Always clean! It gets packed at certain times but if you go past 10, its not as crowded and most machines are available.

Really should have the men's lockers and women's lockers not on the same side. Pretty sure I wasn't the first person to walk into the other genders changing room. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Things happen.

I was walking in to sign up for membership and was asked to wait to be helped. I waited patiently, and asked to use the restroom. I was told that restrooms are for members only. I "was" 10 minutes away from becoming a member of planet fitness, I changed my mind because of the lack of customer care.

Alot of people dog this gym franchise since its geared towards casuals. That doesn't bother me and it gives the place a more laid back atmosphere. The equipment is in good shape and usually very clean. Same with the facilities. Also people tend to leave you alone and keep their options to themselves.
