I have been coming for 5 years. I haven’t ever stuck with a program that long. I have lost 30lbs and kept it off with just coming 3 to 4 times a week!I can’t think all the coaches and staff for the amazing directions. The place is always clean and personal is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I love OTF. I was really demotivated after covid and had put on a lot of weight. I feel motivated and extremely healthy now. I love the coaches, the environment, the people and the studio atmosphere. Love OTF.I still love OTFI’ve really lost a lot of weight and built a lot of muscles. Loooove it!

Orange Theory is amazing. My endurance and strength are significantly better. I sleep better and handle stress better. I’m grateful for Orange TheoryI’m now 2 years in and absolutely love the Murphy Studio. The coaches are always encouraging and The Big E is always welcoming us with a smile when we walk through the door.

Best workout ever! Been a member for 5 yrs and it’s the only workout I’ve ever been able to stay consistent with because it’s fun, a great variety and you don’t have to plan your own workout. All the staff are amazing and welcoming. It’s wonderful to walk in and have them welcome you by name.
