Great gym. Very clean and very friendly. Equipment is top notch. What I like most though is how supportive everybody is and I am not talking about just the staff. Love it here!!

This was my first Orange theory location. Arianna (Ari) was the SA who originally got me all signed up. She was excellent at making me feel welcome. The coaches here were great as well. Only issue I had was getting into class at the times I could make it. This studio serves Murphy, Sachse, east Plano and likely a bit of garland. It’s also smaller so I assume that’s why the early classes are always booked. Despite the odd scheduling moments that was not the main reason I canceled. It was mainly covid and the holidays last year putting a damper on in studio workouts. Great location if you can go mid morning or early afternoon!

Inexpensive gym that has all the equipment I need for a good lift and cardio session! I don't need fancy. Nice friendly staff and clean. I also love that this gym is not heavy in foot traffic

While other studios are great and the coaches at this location are so fun, I just can’t get past how awful the front desk staff is here. This is my home studio and I actually started to go to a different location that’s closer to my job to avoid this studio as much as possible.I joined back in February and in the month of March alone, I was charged 3 no show fees for classes that I ATTENDED. All because the front desk staff don’t pay attention because they’re either busy talking to each other or on their phones. In all of the other studios I’ve been in they ask you where you would like to start (I’m assuming so they can keep track of everyone that is checking in) versus here where they set the tray out for everyone to just grab what they want hoping the heart monitors will help them keep track of everyone that needs to be checked in… well I don’t have a heart monitor, so I didn’t get checked in for those classes. Then when I brought this up to the front desk staff they were rude about it as if I had made up the fact that I attended the classes! I have an Apple Watch and actually tracked the workouts on there and have proof I attended. They ended up reversing the charges, but I just couldn’t believe the audacity they had to give me attitude for their carelessness. If anyone should’ve had attitude you would think it was me. After I brought this up to them I just know they must’ve made some type of documentation in my file about it because I even had a young lady call me after a class had ended asking if I had attended, which I did, again this particular young lady was on her phone texting when I walked in. Had she not called and asked I probably would’ve been charged again. Now here I am again trying to get ahold of the studio manager because I was charged a late cancellation fee for a class I signed up for and cancelled within minutes of making it. They have an 8 hour cancellation policy and the class I had booked was only 2.5 hours away from when I had booked. How would I have even been able to give an 8 hour cancellation notice? But don’t even bother trying to call this studio because no one ever answers the phone. I was already on the fence after the first incident, but I’ll definitely be cancelling my membership after this. I shouldn’t be paying for a membership to be doing their job.

Come here to die!! But in a good way 😉 Coaches and front desk staff are nice and you can push the workouts as hard or as little as your body needs. I feel like this is a judgment free zone. Everyone is supportive of each other and will push you when needed. …

OTF Murphy is the best! The coaches and the staff are always so motivating and friendly. They also make a point to remember your name and it’s so nice to be greeted everyday by name. It makes it feel like a home and like being there matters. Also, Shane is the best and has the best music!! 🎶 …

Visited this location while our base studio was getting remodeled. Their coaches are amazing. The honorable mentions: Arthur, Nicole L, and Nicole S.Arthur is a hero, super dependable. One day all the systems weren’t working, audio/speakers, OTF heart rate monitors or workout screens. He showed up anyways. He was on double-duty; signing people in and coaching from memory, he made it SUPER fun. He’s super encouraging, pushes you to challenge yourself/get more splats and do longer all out intervals.Nicole S. is my FAVORITE, she’s always funny, engaging, watches your form like a hawk and offers coaching tips. My favorite part is when she asks people after class about their favorite part of the template/days workout. She also never rushes you.Nicole L. absolutely love her lift 45 classes, she’s super helpful. Encourages you to get your form near perfect. She explains the purpose of each exercise and which muscle groups are being worked on.My favorite studio by far. They make the class your favorite part of the day.

Really bummed I did not enjoy it. Class structure is good, I like that they have multiple disciplines over the hour period. Sadly I could not hear anything the instructor was saying over the music so trying to switch from the walk, run, and “all out” ie what number I was supposed to be at was lost.If you’re looking for the motivating and loud class, give it a try. But the weight part is just looking at a tv screen following an avatar not sure what the benefit is to doing it there. But having the rowing machine, treadmill, and other cardio equipment is nice for a high intensity low impact workout. It’s a very popular gym and all morning classes are booked weeks in advanced. If you’re willing to go in mid day or afternoon to give it a try, I’d suggest that’s for your first time vs the intro class first thing in the morning. Given how full the class was I was just not able to ask questions or understand what we were supposed to be doing, so I kept the “intensity” minimal and thus didn’t get much from it.

It was great!...as out of shape as I am, I now feel like there's a glimmer of hope health wise and the team made me feel very welcomed. Thanks guys!

Clean facilities and friendly staff who answer any questions you have for them. They don’t use pushy sales tactic to join and the workouts are different. I
