Clean new equipment welcoming staff love this place very nice shower a lot of space in the shower to move around and get clean. Definitely coming back here next time

This was my first time to Planet Fitness and Tanthony went above and beyond in helping my boyfriend and brother from out of town get set up. We had a great and healthy time working out as a family. Planet Fitness now has life time family members.

The Richardson facility is well equipped and the place is spotless. I would really recommend checking out this gym if you’re considering joining a fitness club. Nice staff and amenities. .

It’s new and clean. It’s a planet fitness! Who gives a planet fitness one star? The same reviewers who rate fast food franchises. It’s ridiculous and kinda funny, because come on! I live near by and this place is convenient for me! I can walk here on days I’m not lazy.

Super nice and large location! Happy to make the switch here. I love the upgraded machines, they track your reps now, which is cool. Staff is helpful and friendly and all the spaces are all clean (it’s only been a couple days but still!)Locker rooms are spacious and love the changing/dressing room privacy. They have a 30 minute full body workout space, technical training, and stretching areas with lots of straps, cables, and bands to use, which i haven’t found at any other location!Only thing i noticed missing (that i’ve found available at other locations) is barbell support pads for the smith machines. Maybe they just aren’t out yet, idk, but those would be nice so i don’t have to lug around my own 😅All in all, very nice location and look forward to using all available equipment. I can get any type of workout in with everything provided here.

The new Richardson location is spectacular! So many machines and cardio equipment here! It's like a superstore of equipment. That's great because I never have to wait on the equipment to use. The staff is very courteous and super helpful. Everyone here is very respectful and it doesn't feel like a pick up bar. I heavily recommend this location.
