Space is convenient, has everything you need for a full body work out plenty of machines to develop physical strength and cardio. What I enjoy most is the hydro massage chairs that are exclusive to the Black Card membership. Locker rooms bathrooms and facilities are clean, clean, clean!!! Definitely worth checking out!!!

I came into the gym for the first time today. I had my daughter with me and I was just going to have her sit in the front with the iPad for a little bit so I can try a few of the equipment out. I have the black card membership. I was told by a guy that they do not run a daycare service. I understand that they say it’s a whole liability thing, okay, fine. But what I have the problem with the most is the customer service. So then I left and took my daughter home and came back. I really wanted to try the massage chairs. So when I came back the lady who helped me was very friendly and she set up the massage chair for me. They have a max limit of 10 minutes then you would have to inform them again if you wanted to use the chair again I suppose. Then once that was finished I came back out and asked to use the hydro massage machine. Again 10 minutes, same thing. Last I wanted to try the hybrid machine. I asked one of the guys and he told the other guy to get it ready for me. Then the guy who was supposed to get it ready for me said oh that machine is not working. I felt like he was just saying that because he didn’t wanted to set it up for me as he is sitting on the counter. The way how I was treated by the guys made me feel unwelcomed and unappreciated. This is supposed to be a brand new gym, how is one of the machines already not working? If I am paying for a service then I should be able to use it. The gym is large and lots of equipment but overall horrible customer service. I don’t want to come back to this location again. The people who you hire matter. They can make or break your overall customer service experience.

I usually love going here on the weekdays and things are usually smooth and amazing. The staff are friendly and it’s overall a very pleasant and clean environment. but today was the first time I came in on the weekend and they were closed this morning. I get that things happen so I waited around I wasn’t in much of a rush. When the staff member did show up, the poor thing looked stressed! I asked him if everything was okay and what happened and he said that there was a miscommunication and he was just a sub and didn’t know how to open the gym by himself. He was an absolute trooper but whoever put him on schedule this morning needs to communicate better.

I love this gym and the staff are way beyond being staff. They feel like an old friend and really puts the effort to explain everything. I love being here and workout. It's so comfortable no one look at the other and no one judge the other. Amazing gym
