little variety of equipment, a lot of unnecessary aerobics equipment (more than half of which is always unused). device like the bench press on the machine there are only 4 and it is always crowded

Honestly the best PF I’ve ever been to. The friendly staff and cleanest store. I live in Plano and drive further just to come to this location. 10/10.

Horrible service … no one was able to help with simple task … I stopped coming for maybe 2 months but was still paying for it … I had simple no contract plan so I was told at beginning I can cancel as please n reactivate if I want n since paid annual fee already another wouldn’t be needed …. I called today to try to to see what balance I owed to get reactive they couldn’t even tell anything over phone so I drive there for them to tell me I can’t reactive and would have to start over n pay annual fee for a second time with is the entire opposite of what I was told when signing up … I wasted time, gas, and energy when I could’ve been told this over phone … one of the worst experiences ever and making it really hard to try to live a healthier life style

Clean facility but everytime I wish to purchase something the system is down… but works just fine when it’s time to take that monthly…Please get your system together.Bona is a nice associate, shouldn’t have to deal with it.
