I love this bootcamp! I enjoy the fast paced workouts because you are not stuck doing one exercise for the entire 30 mins which I am not a fan of doing. The Coaches are all great, professional, motivating, approachable and fit. This is one of my favorite bootcamp I have ever attended. I started attending the 5:15am workouts and they really get my day started and made me grateful I came in. I recommend this bootcamp. They also modify things if you need it and they don't make you feel excluded.

I can’t say enough about how great this place is. I’ve spent years in the north Dallas area trying to find my spot. I’ve found it here – with challenging workouts and an amazing group of people. The trainers here put a lot of effort into making every experience a positive one, no matter your fitness level. I also really appreciate the time they take with you, on a personal level, to make sure you are getting the very best out of your time there -- mentally, physically and with your nutrition. It’s a great investment all around and you will most certainly get the butt kicking you want and/or need. Highly recommend!

It can take me hours for the amount of greatness this boot camp is. I absolutely LOVE everything about Richardson Fit Body Boot Camp. I started coming here almost a year ago and I have been so pleased with my results, workouts and especially the people. I started with a groupon, stopped going because my trial was over and then realized I missed it too much to not want to come back. I came back by starting a 6 week challenge and ended up kick starting my weight loss. Tom and Brandon really helped motivate me to keep going on the right track. I had lost 10lbs in the challenge and even though that may not seem a lot, I have lost a totally of 17lbs since being at Fit body. They helped me with a meal plan that worked and workouts that helped me loose the weight and the inches.I had tried gyms, other boot camps like Camp Gladiator and was completely turned off. That is when i came back to FBBC-Richardson. Camp Gladiator did not have the energy, friendship, or motivation like FBBC. I just felt way more comfortable with FBBC because they went above and beyond trying to make me feel comfortable. It is a sense of family and amazing friendships that help motivate you to keep going. It is a fast but butt kicking work out that is great for anyone! I would definitely recommend joining:)

In the past, I felt that my gym routine was not getting me anywhere with weight loss or endurance. Classes would always be extra money on top of the gym membership and always at inconvenient times with my work schedule.At the boot camp place, they not only met my goals, but have pushed me to new limits haven’t experienced since my baseball days in high school! All you have to do is show up, and you get a different routine every time. I repeat, you do a different exercise routine every time!I’ve done over 50 sessions so far and I still feel like I am not used to it. That’s the point of this fitness place though, it keeps you on your toes, which keeps your body being pushed to new limits, no matter what shape you are in.What other places can say they include the personal trainer guidance, mixed up high intensity interval training sessions, and nutritional coaching all included in your monthly membership? This place does!All the equipment is there, just show up, do your 30 minutes, and your body will burn at least 300-400 calories. Guaranteed! Would highly recommend this place if you have a tight schedule like I do. I work 3-1130pm with rotating weekends and I still manage to come in. No excuse!

What an amazing experience I had during my 6 week challenge. Each and every session you attend is so full of energy because the trainers are just so cool and the other members all know each other and are ready to go through another session with their all. I attended the 6am class and it was not a struggle to get to because I knew how much fun each session would be. I completed my 6 week challenge successfully by losing 22 lbs. I feel so amazing. All the team was extremely supportive and motivating. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

One of the best 30 minute full body workouts I have ever done. Tom and Brandon are the best at motivating and encouraging you to push through it and will help you to achieve real results. If you are looking for a really good program to help you get in shape... This is it!!!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I came in because "boot camp" sounds intimidating! It's far from intimidating! Everyone is so nice and supportive and Tom, the owner, is extremely personable. He goes out of his way to make sure you get the results you want. The workouts are tough and change each day. They do charity events and other things that get you involved in other ways as well. This place is awesome and I'm getting results after only a month! They have a free trial for anyone who wants to try it out. If it doesn't work you aren't pressured into signing up because this place believes in doing what's best for you. Give it a try!

In the past, I attempted working out on my own. After awhile I lost interest and motivation so I knew I needed to try something different. I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined the Boot Camp. The atmosphere here is so different than any other gym. I didn't feel intimated but rather very welcomed by the staff and members. The trainers are skilled, knowledgable and encouraging. These workouts are never the same so don't worry about getting bored. It's only 30 minutes of intense full body movements. I feel that I made a great decision investing my money, time and energy on myself and this place. I highly recommend you give it a try!
