Richardson Fit Body Boot Camp is like a family. The workouts are amazing - intense, but quick (30 minutes) - and they yield results. But the thing that makes Ricahrdson FBBC unique (to me) is the community. They are encouraging, but not pushy - offer support without guilt. I highly recommend Richardson FBBC.

Great place, great people, great owners. They care about your success and creating healthy habits. The workouts are fast and short which I love. Don't think you have time to workout, think again from start to finish in 30 minutes flat. Need to scale an exercise they have you covered, need to make something harder, they have you covered, need that push to keep going with 10 seconds left, yup they have you covered. Take a class and see for yourself.

Friendly, motivational, and extremely high energy gym. Both Tom and Katie are exceptional leaders and fitness supporters. I highly recommend this gym if you are serious about making personal fitness goal and crushing them because they give you the tools to accomplish them!

Excellent! FBBC's program is honest and doesn't try to sell you unhealthy diets that don't work. The coaches communicate with you personally and help you find the exercises and foods that work for you, as well as providing encouragement. People of all fitness levels are accepted, and I've never been made to feel self conscious of where I am.

I’m not much of an exercise person but I have Loved my experience so far with Fit Body Boot Camp. Everyone is so encouraging and really care about you personally. It’s a fun class and I feel good about myself! The energy is awesome!!

I joined Richardson FBBC in Jan 2018 and can say with certainty that this is the ultimate workout. The classes are so well organized, rigorous, and efficient, which is very important when trying to get in a great workout at 6am. The energy is positive and the people are incredible. It is the best way to start the day.

I love RFBBC for the very effective 30 minute workouts and I love it for the supportive community. When I walk in the door every morning I always receive a happy hello Jolene (Kind of like on Cheers!). Often the coaches will send me texts to see how I am doing on my goals. Its nice to feel that they are on my side and want to help me. DId I mention effective 30 minute workouts?!! 30 minutes and you are on your way (very tired and sweaty!)!

If you need a quick workout (it’s only 30minutes!) but want to feel like you worked out for 3 hours, this is your place! The coaches are amazing and encouraging, and are good at making sure you’re doing the workouts correctly so you are getting the full benefits of each rep!I encourage everyone to give them a try, which you can for free, and you’ll want to come back for more!

I have been a member of Richardson Fit Body Boot Camp for a little over a year now and I can't imagine belonging to any other gym. The owners care so much about each and every member and really personalize your fitness journey.The workouts are 30 min of HIIT training with many options in the morning and the evening. They found a way to work though the pandemic shutdown and now conveniently offer live and on demand virtual workouts.This is such a positive and motivating community!

Great coaches! Great 30 minute workouts! I was so scared that I wouldn't be able to keep up when I started working out here - it had been years since I'd been in a gym! But I did, and working out here has re-ignited my love for working out, I love FBBC and now I rarely miss a day of working out! I didn't see that coming when my friend invited me to join her for a few workouts!
