Flavio is an experienced coach and instructor who creates a safe and fun training environment for kids and adults. I have known him for 9 years and I have trained with him in Abu Dhabi, Thailand, and the USA. Training at Action Reaction is the best decision I’ve ever made! Flavio is the most patient, knowledgeable, and kind coach. He truly makes the experience great and shapes it to your needs. The gym culture is welcoming and family oriented. As a woman, I was worried about starting BJJ but I’ve had nothing but good experiences thanks to Flavio and the gym. Training here has added incredibly to my life. It is also extremely clean! Would 100% recommend to everyone.

Coach Flavio Kenup is amazing. My 6 year old daughter and 10 year old son started in August 2022. He is kind, patient and fun while also having high expectations for his students. He is a great teacher.

Action Reaction is a great place for beginners. I've been coming here for 2 months and I love it. I love how every class focuses on a different technique. Coach Flavio is great at helping you identify and work on techniques that are good for your size and strength.Everyone at Action Reaction is nice and willing to help. Overall, it is a very welcoming atmosphere.I do also want to mention there is no contract, which is perfect for anyone new to the sport and also a major stress reliever.

If you are looking for a BJJ coach , look no further. Flavio is amazing ! He’s got what is needed to keep my girls (8 and 11 years old) engaged and excited for his classes! He is knowledgeable and very professional. We couldn’t be happier
