Visited the Saturday morning workout class and felt great! About 8 different stations, weight training, cardio, abs and a good stretch at the end! What more could you ask for in one hour? 10/10

Best gym in Richmond! Clean, great equipment and everyone is very friendly. Baker pushes hard but he really gets what you are capable of. His team seems like they all share the same appreciation for health and the people who want to try to get stronger.

True community workout experience! You WILL put in work but you will enjoy yourself as well. Everyone is truly welcome in this space and the routines can be adjusted as needed. Don’t think about it, just do it! Not possible to have a bad workout here.

Baker Unified Fitness is a fantastic, community-first gym in Shockhoe Bottom. The space is clean & functional, with lots of equipment options and an approachable vibe. I've had a great experience with personal training, which has improved my technique/form and confidence to lift safely on my own. I had a 1:1 stretch session at Baker Unified Fitness and it was worth every dollar. My instructor was prompt, professional and patient. She explained every move and the impact it would have on my body! I immediately felt relief in areas where I’ve been in pain or have had immense tension for a while. The gym was beautiful, had fun music playing and everyone was pleasant. I will definitely be back!
