Burn Boot Camp is amazing! Such a great community of encouraging folks who push you to achieve the best! The work outs are always on point and I never leave disappointed! I was hooked in 3 days of the trial!

I think of Burn Bootcamp as getting fit for dummies, they take all the guess work out of going to the gym. Just show up for a time that works for you and push yourself to the max. There’s always modifications based on your fitness needs, great trainers, fun music, and an awesome environment. I used to try to make it to the gym 2-3 times a week, but now I typically go 5-6 times. I’ve seen amazing results in weight loss and inches and I never get bored. You have to try it to believe it!! #strongertogether

Could you imagine waking up at 4:30am to go work out? No??? I couldn’t either... until Burn! Literally the BEST workout I’ve ever had. I’ve never been able to wake up to work out but I was excited every morning to go. There is a great community of people that you will bond with. Classes go by fast and are different everyday.
