Burn Boot Camp

I’ve been attending classes at short pump Burn for almost a year now! I’ve always enjoyed group fitness classes in the past but was intimidated that I wouldn’t be in good enough shape to even get started again after Covid! I was completely wrong! Burn supports people of all ages, abilities and sizes, and meets them where they are in their fitness journey. The community at this location keeps me coming back, everyone is so positive and supportive. It really makes this place so special. Give it a go, you won’t regret it!

Burn Boot Camp Shortpump really is one of a kind. The trainers are absolutely amazing and have your best interest at heart. The workouts are unique and challenging every day. I make my schedule around my workouts! I hate when I have to miss one due to a prior obligation. Definitely worth a try. You will the community and the workout!

I've been a member at Burn Boot Camp since 2019 and switched my membership from another location to Short Pump last year. This location is fantastic! Workouts are always challenging but trainers offer plenty of support and encouragement, including modifications for any fitness level or health issues. The other members are welcoming and I have made plenty of friends within the past year. Definitely recommend if you're seeking a high energy workout within a great community environment!

Short Pump has THE BEST trainers, staff and camp experience around! I leave every single camp energized and a little more equipped to take on my day. I have personally benefitted from focus meetings for both nutrition and to improve my form. I truly can’t believe the progress I have made since starting Burn in February. With each new PR, I feel like a new person! The community is supportive and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about Burn Boot Camp Short Pump! 🩵

My only regret is not joining sooner. Burn Short Pump is the best gym around. A quick 45 minute workout with the best trainers and a community that supports you. Each workout is unique and challenging. The trainers are motivating and supportive. This gym has changed my life, my mental health, my body, and my energy. I look forward to going everyday.

Best community and gym in town. I am in the best shape of my life and have made some amazing friendships through this gym. The owners are constantly updating and upgrading equipment as needed and coming up with unique ways to support their community. I would (and have) recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It can be intimidating to try a new place, but it’s worth it- no matter your fitness level!

Absolutely love this community!! The trainers have become friends and I love that they constantly are challenging me to push myself outside my comfort zone! I did weight training and endurance training on my own for years and never thought I could get into a class setting… but now, I don’t know if I could ever go back!! This is by far my favorite location out of the 4 others I’ve tried. Been going here for over 3 years!

Burn Bootcamp Short Pump is such a welcoming place! I’ve always loved fitness but this workout quickly became my favorite—from the trainers (top notch all around) to the free child watch, to the friends you make along the way! In the last 4 months I’ve seen my fitness improve greatly and each day I look forward to what amazing workout is up next!

After going to numerous boutique gyms in Short Pump, I found my home away from home at Burn. The trainers are amazing and push you even when they are working with another individual. The community even in the early am (530 am class is hype!) makes you leave wanting more. It’s not just a gym, it’s a community that you join. I rarely utilize kids club as I go early in the morning before anyone is up, but my kids ask to go all the time. They certainly love s hood kids camp when the trainers coordinate a workout just for them!! Invest in yourself, try Burn Boot Camp Short Pump!

Burn boot camp at short pump is amazing. I have always been someone who works out/sports my whole life, but burn is so much more than a workout. The community here at short pump is one of a kind. Everyone is so encouraging and welcoming. There is a place for all ages and fitness levels. The trainers are amazing. Deciding to join here at short pump was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
