I was racing in a tri event and needed to get fitted for a new bike in a small time frame. Andrew over at Endorphin was incredible in getting me race ready for my event. I'd highly recommend Endorphin to anyone who needs great help!

I currently train with Tanner and have been for almost a year now. I've seen a lot of improvement in my fitness. Tanner is patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I also appreciate that he always tries to fit me in his schedule when I have last minute changes or just a crazy schedule in general. It's been a long year for my body, but Tanner has made it easier by tailoring training to avoid my injuries and work on other parts of my body.

This is the shop to go to for anything triathlon! I can not say enough good things about this shop, especially their master bike fitter and general bike guru Andrew Wolak. I was looking to purchase my first triathlon bike as an upgrade from my old road bike for upcoming 70.3 and 140.6 IM triathlons. Andrew consulted with me about the best bike that would suit my needs based on my budget. Andrew not only successfully navigated the complex supply chain issues associated with buying a new bike in 2022, but he even got me up on a beautiful new Quintana Roo right away for $1000 under my budget! He also assembled the bike and used his years of experience to give me an outstanding bike fit the day that the bike came in. Andrew Wolak is the man, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs anything bike related!

The guys I interacted with seemed like decent folks, though their lack of any initiative to engage with me as I walked in, and still as I stood in front of them after walking up the stairs, wasn’t a good first impression. After telling them my budget, they slowly and silently prepared a bike for me to try out. This turned out to be a complete waste of time, as after I got done with a test run, I was informed the bike would cost double my budget. He then gave me excuses for the price, which sounded valid enough, I understand their stock is probably high quality and low supply, but it does not excuse their disrespectful tactic of completely ignoring my budget and trying to upsell me by double what I was prepared to pay.It was clear that in their eyes I was unwelcome and not to be taken seriously. It was a belittling and insulting experience that made me regret showing an interest in their bikes.

Great shop and service!I wanted to add additional details a few years later as this shop continues to provide excellent service amid the pandemic limitations. Zack and Andrew are excellent mechanics and both of them consider your individual needs and work within them to yield excellent results.

Excellent service, excellent staff. Seriously. I brought in my Specialized last week because, well, I'm ashamed to say lockdown left me apathetic about bike maintenance. This crew was not only forgiving of my neglect, but cared for my baby like it was theirs. ❤️ I'm used to having to fight with egos, but there was none of that to be seen. Even one of the coaches stopped to answer a question... Heck, even the two students flashed me a grin! And then I realized that Tri culture is hugely different than pure roadie and gravel culture. I'm happy to say that I've found my new bike shop. My only regret for this experience is not going a year ago when I first heard about them. Lesson learned. See y'all around!

I move with my trusted bike mechanic, Andrew. He is the best in Virginia. Michael you were smart to hire him from 3 Sports.

Supper friendly staff and our son absolutely enjoys his swim classes with James. Would definitely say one of the best swim programs around Richmond area.

Disappointing selection and customer service. I visited the store to try on and buy a triathlon suit and potentially a wet suit. They appeared to have about five tri suits on the rack, three of which were size small. I asked an employee (who never made an effort to approach me or be proactive) if they had any more. He replied they did not and upon further questioning that they would have to order new stock...no indication of how long that would take, etc. There was similarly sparse selection of other items, although I was a bit disillusioned after the experience with tri suits. I will have to resort to ordering online I guess.

Just a great group of people all around from the management to the coaches to the athletes. Our kids have always had a great time at Endorphin Fitness whether they are in the training programs, at the races or at the shop.
