Iāve been at Hale for a year and change and love it. Itās a great gym for folks looking for community and CrossFit. The coaches are super knowledgeable in all things fitness and my fellow members are super welcoming and friendly people. If youāre on the fence I would highly recommend reaching out and coming to a guest day, I think youāll get hooked just like I did.

June 9 will be exactly 8 years since I joined Hale fitness and I wouldnāt change it for the world.My husband and brother-in-law told me how great it was, but I was fearful of the barbell and the movements involved believing that I would have to walk in there and know how to pick up 100 pound barbell which I soon found is not the norm. You walk in and the workouts are scaled for your personal needs and fitness level.I love it here but most importantly I love the strength, health and positive mindset I gain daily!!Thank you Heidi for making the Miss Fit class a success and my fears go away!!

Hale is a great community and amazing gym. Iāve seen so many transformations over the many years which has been inspiring. I start most mornings at the gym and would have it any other way. Good people, great coaches and good times.

Hale Fitness is my first experience working out with a group, something that's intimidated me most if my life. The coaches and clientele make the environment very welcoming and easy to get over any fears I had. This is my 10th month here and I've gained lean muscle, lost body fat and I'm much fitter at 50 than I've been since high school. I highly recommend this gym for all athletic abilities and fitness goals. The coaches can adjust any work out to meet your abilities. They help with all the movements, nutrition, mindset and recovery. The gym is clean and well appointed with a variety equipment.

Great equipment, awesome members, knowledgeable coaches. Diverse members. If you want to lose weight, gain confidence and strength, check them out. Well worth your time. Coaches will help you change your mindset. Forget them commercialized ways of losing weight. Coach Wendy is the real deal. Location is easily accessible.

I joined when my daughter turned one and I was ready to not be in pain and be back in my body. I was scared to try a new thing and had sticker shock but a year and a half later I have no regrets about investing in my health and wellness. I am so grateful to be pain free and strong as hell as Iām preparing for the birth of my second child soon. Hale has something special thatās hard to describeāsome combination of excellent coaches with a true talent for meeting people where theyāre at, a good facility, a commitment to fun and community, and a little extra magic that makes you want to keep coming back.

I started at Hale in April 2022 and I have never been stronger. I can lift weights that I could never have dreamed of lifting before. The coaches are incredibly skilled, dedicated, and attentive. They really take the time to teach the proper technique and genuinely celebrate every success, even if it's small. It's a fun and supportive atmosphere, not the least bit intimidating.

I joined Hale in 2020 right before the world went crazy. Little did I know that despite going remote for most of that year, Iād be building some of the strongest relationships with coaches and other athletes. Fast forward three years, and I am glad to say we are back working out, in person in a well manicured and spacious gym (coming from the SF gym scene, the amount of space is truly mind-blowing). The coaches here are incredible- pushing you to step enough out of your comfort zone to safely get stronger. And the community!! I look forward to seeing these individuals throughout the week.
