Highly recommend! Prior to coming to Hale I struggled with knowing what to do at the gym, making sure my form was correct, and staying motivated. Crossfit Hale excels with all of these things. The coaches are wonderful and program a great variety of workouts. The community is incredibly supportive. I'm now excited to go as often as possible. It has made a huge difference in my health and fitness. I cannot recommend it enough.

I have been a member of HALE for 4 years and have seen great results in my training, coupled with compassionate coaches and awesome members. Training at HALE has been a great experience for me especially since I'm a woman of a particular age the coaches always make sure your good and that you understand the programing and they listen to your voice, push you when you need to pushed and back off when it's appropriate. It's never a dull moment at HALE. I highly recommend Crossfit HALE!!!

Crossfit Hale has done the impossible. They made me ENJOY working out! The supportive community here is unlike anything I've ever experienced. All the coaches inspire us to work hard and challenge ourselves, but also to have fun while doing so. Members are encouraged to get to know each other, and cheer each other on, so it really does feel like a family. PRs are celebrated, accomplishments are acknowledged, struggles are coached through, and every single person, regardless of skill level, is made to feel like they belong. As someone who has never been athletic in my life, and always felt very self conscious about my lack of coordination, endurance, and strength, Crossfit Hale has made me feel at-home from the first day I stepped in the door. There's no attitudes, no judgement, no pretension. Just smiles and sweat! I feel so much stronger, inside and out, because of these wonderful coaches.

I have been coming to Crossfit Hale for 2 years. My experience here has been great. Made great friends. The community here is awesome. We have the best coaches. I have picked up skills like pull ups, muscle ups and handstand pushups. I've also lost 30 pounds.

There aren’t enough words to describe how awesome CrossFit Hale is!! All of the coaches and members made me feel welcome from day one and I have watched this repeat over and over again with each new member. The family dynamic at the gym makes showing up each day an easy decision. The coaches really focus on function and form guiding everyone through each movement before the workout. Everything is scalable and no one feels pressured to do things they aren't ready for. I have improved immensely in my strength, technique, and confidence both in and out of the gym since starting here and cannot thank the coaches enough!! Before joining CrossFit Hale I was training at home and occasionally trying to complete WODs in a standard gym setting (without much success). I had been happy training solo since 2011, but I really wanted to take my training and overall fitness to the next level. I wanted to surround myself with good people and good coaches and was hoping to find that something to help push myself further than I had been while training alone. I was lucky enough to find both at CrossFit Hale.Being around others while training helps my push my limits while also helping to identify issues with my form in various lifts. Having someone point out something you have done a thousand times and showing you how to correct or in my case, relearn, some of the basic elements can really improve your performance.I love the consistent, challenging (and fun) programming. I used to play to my strengths prior to joining because it can be so easy getting caught up picking workouts each day from a number of different affiliate pages or the mainsite, but when the programming is set for you and you have no choice but to expose your weakness – you are bound to get better. You learn to like the things you hate.I have been doing CrossFit since 2011, but not being able to train regularly on rowers, gymnastic rings or a GHD machine definitely made me a rookie in regards to some fundamental CrossFit movements. Having the proper coaching I receive at CrossFit Hale helped me achieve muscle ups, consistent PRs on a bunch of lifts (Back Squat, Squat Snatch, Power Clean, etc.) and increased work capacity across the board throughout workouts.CrossFit Hale stands out to me because of the unique atmosphere it creates. A lot of people, when asked why they like their job might respond by saying “the people” and that’s what works for Hale – at least for me. The people who come together to create our community and the coaches who help to build and maintain it provide such an inviting and encouraging place.I always try to tell myself not to look at the next day’s workout when it is posted before I go to bed because I know I will be thinking about how I am going to attack it all night, but that’s just how excited I get about getting back into Hale each day. It’s a blessing and a curse maybe, but one I would recommend to anyone looking to make a positive change in their lives.
