Brandi has been an absolute pleasure to train with. Her positivity and willingness to meet you where you're at versus pushing a "one size fits all" program has been a huge contributor to improving my confidence in the gym and in turn, my own consistency. Highly recommended. :)

Brandi is awesome! I’ve been doing partner sessions, with a friend, for a few months now. I am a member of another gym but the personal attention from Brandi keeps me coming back! She makes me feel very comfortable but the workouts really push me. Every workout is different and fun too!

Brandi at InFlight fitness is an awesome and knowledgeable personal trainer. My wife and I have been doing couple sessions which has given me the extra motivation I desperately needed for exercise to become a positive experience for me. Brandi offers a safe and fun space in fitness which I have not been able to find in the past and I super appreciate that. She also provided us with at-home workouts for us to do between our meetings and took into account our skill level as well as access to equipment. 100/10 would recommend.

I previously worked with Brandi for about a year when she worked for a different company. When she left to form IFF, I decided to continue working with her and I could not be happier about making that decision! Brandi is both a great trainer and wonderful person. She is very knowledgeable about fitness and health and is a great communicator. Beyond providing guidance based on her expertise, she is very skilled at explaining the why behind best practice recommendations. One of the best Personal Fitness trainers in Richmond. Brandi is great at what she does. She has a ton of knowledge and experience. She offers a wide range of help when it comes to getting in shape and staying healthy including diet suggestions, teaching about healthy calories, macro nutrients, and workout plans for when you are not scheduled but want to continue progressing your own personal fitness. Great at motivating you and teaching you the skills and form needed to get the most out of your workouts. I highly recommend InFlight Fitness and can assure you that you will not regret signing up with her to get in shape.
