This gym has the same atmosphere as the world famous Golds gym at Venice Beach California which has the nickname ābodybuilding Meccaā but at the same time is not intimidating or dirty. There is no body shaming. There is an understanding of āwe are all here to improveā amongst the members. They have a professional cleaning company that keeps the facility free of the rona and other yuckies. The members do a great job of tidying up and reracking weights. The music is on point. I used to have to blast music in my headphones to over power the music of golds and amfam. I donāt even bring my headphones to the gym anymore because they have the Spotify dialed in. Didnāt know the staff until I started going there. But they treat and speak to me like we have been friends since high schoolIf you have made it this far I encourage to look at the lowest ratings. Then look at Brandonās instagram of his show pics. You donāt walk on stage looking like that by doing poor nutrition practices.

This is an amazing gym, from unique equipment to the style and atmosphere is has! The staff is always friendly and willing to help in any way, affordable memberships and 24/7 access to all of the amazing equipment, itās truly one of a kind!
