The only complain I have about Planet Fitness is they force their staff to say goodbye to everybody who walks out the door. I've been all across the United States and it's the same at every Planet Fitness location. It's false, it's not genuine and its really annoying when five people turned you on your way out the door and I'll say goodbye at the same time off key. Let's just quit pretending already, if someone was genuinely saying goodbye and being polite or courteous I would feel it and I just don't feel it.

This gym honestly is one of the worst gyms I've ever been to.The only exception is the convenience because it's close to my house and it's only $10 a month even though they take it out of my account and then put it back and tell me every month that I'm late. This has been an ongoing issue for the last six months and nobody can figure out why. Rocco needs to get it fixed over there at the Riverside location!

This place is packed during the Monday thru Friday peak hours of 4-7. I haven't gone on the weekend yet, so I'm not sure of the busy hours during those days. The toilets suck, because you have to press and hold the button several times in order to get a good flush, not to mention, that's not sanitary.

Signed up about a month ago after experiencing the outstanding customer service of both Karyna and Steve. They patiently answered all my questions and made my sign up smooth and easy. Gym is very clean, and the showers are hot. Convenient location to downtown, and 24 hours. Great work, Planet Fitness!

I have been to a few locations and this one is definitely one of the better ones. I always see the staff keep up on the maintenance of the machines as well as the restrooms! I also appreciate that I pay for the black card membership and they actually ask everyone to show before using the amenities. Most locations allow anyone to use.

Being open 24 hours is a fantastic feature for customers, as well as the sizable parking lot. From what I've seen, all of their equipment is well maintained, and even the locker rooms are kept clean which is very much appreciated.The customer service is great and always available, and they keep their bottled drinks well stocked.

Black card membership allow you to bring a guest along with you to workout. The place is clean. Planet Fotness offer several benefits that include training essions with a trainer.

The Gym & machinery are all great. Friendly staff & clean. There's just a lot of rookies which make it hard to get a proper workout. But, $10 gym. That's expected.

I started going to the this gym for fitness and health. And feel in love . It is clean and they have a wonderful staff. I always fell safe and well taken care of.

Great atmosphere, always clean, staff is always welcoming. If you’re a black card member you’ll get full access to massage chairs and hydro bed etc.. for a great price.
