For the price you can beat it. But they need more variety of machines for a particular body part. Found the machines to be limited. I was thinking about switching from LA Fitness but I decided to keep my LA Fitness since they have more variety of machines and equipment...

I been to about 8 different planet fitness, I started at the downtown location where it was kept very clean even with homeless ppl that showered there the locker room and shower was all ways clean. This location doesnt seem to take the same pride in there work as far as the locker room and showers. I felt dirty even after I showered. The gym part was okay they just dont have enough spray bottles i think, and that seems to make ppl not want to spray down the machine after. I'm going to give this location another try cause it's close to my home but if it stays the same I'll start going to the corona location.

It’s 45 degrees outside and the Black Card spa area has the cold air at full blast. I asked the front desk staff if they could turn the heat up, but they said they weren’t allowed to change the temperature. This is frustrating. I’m not sure why they are trying to make the gym uncomfortable for the customers even when they are asked to change it. That being said, the main part of the gym is comfortable — just the part of the gym that I pay $10 a month extra requires a heavy coat.

Please get more stair master machines. There is always a line for them. I often have to improvise my workout because they are in use. There is literally a line for them as we speak.Facility is relatively clean and staff is friendly.Machines are always in order. I love at facility is open 24/7.

These reviews are hysterical. The one star-ers are high and mighty, don’t believe them.This gym is wonderful. It has exactly what it advertises, so if you come and expect a squat rack or something like that, you’ll be disappointed. That’s your own fault, not the gym’s.The staff is lovely, helpful, and genuine. The gym is clean and has AC. What else are you looking for with ten dollars a month?

The machines are clean. The treadmills and bikes work properly. People leave you alone while you are working out. Everytime I have went, it hasn't been too crowded.

Machines are always nice and clean. Showers need a lot of attention. Staff is friendly. Great price and love that u can bring a guest

Was traveling in Riverside over the weekend getting ready for a wedding event. Stopped at this PF for workout...normally I frequent the PF locations in NW Indiana about an hour SE of Chicago. The Riverside PF seems like an older property. In the Mens locker room the sinks with "auto sensing" not working tried like all 3 sinks a couples of times, barely got one activate. Wanted to do a quick tan and was told they only have stand up tanning beds which I am not a fan of.Got to the workout floor, wanted to start with the standing Glute Machine one of my preferred warm up and Leg Machines...and this unit is really dragging making a lot of noise. Both the Weight Stack guide rods and Foot Plate guide rods were dry and needed silicone or white grease. The machines in the Express Circuit were ok, but the Seated Chest press was missing a chrome cap on the press bar handle where your hand normally rests. The Tricep Rope on the Jungle Gym was really wornThe Equipment could use some some TLC to be kept in good shape. But overall, ok, check in gal was pleasant. Generally same Equipment mix as most PF locations. Facility looked pretty clean. Some of the pads on the machines looking a bit worn.

They're too strict?? Made me show my ID when I went with my boyfriend and his black card. No PF has ever done that they just let me in with the person. Had me write down my name and number it was weird. It's also smaller than other PF I been to before and seemed to lack machines other places have. I'd rather make the drive to the other in the area than go back here.

Worst PF so far. Aassociate t had loose curly light brown hair was all over the place and was unfamiliar with rules and policies. No paper towels to be found and one of the employees was clueless to what guests of black card members can and cannot have access to...my home gym is in Moreno Valley and no way I would ever be treated like a commoner (including guest) . Best PF in I.E. not this one . PERIOD.
