I recently saw a YouTube video with several reasons why Planet Fitness is so hated, and I am pleased to say that NONE of those reasons exist at the Towers location in Roanoke. The staff is always friendly, everything is neat and clean every time, and the atmosphere is welcoming and non-intimidating.

Clean, plenty of good equipment. Never have to wait long for equipment. Friendly staff, always greet you when coming and going. Great $ value

I’ve been working out at Planet Fitness for about 3 weeks now and I’ve really enjoyed my time here. They have a lot of helpful resources online, a lot of equipment available for use, and a very positive atmosphere at their location. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good gym to work out at if you’re in the area!

Love the not having to wait in line to use a machine or cardio equipment because they have so many. Love the hours on the weekend so I can get my workout in before church. Love that the equipment always works and isn't broken down all the time. Love the cleanliness of the facility and the staff.

So happy to call this my gym! Love working out here. Everyone is so kind and I appreciate each of the staff members for being so helpful. I recently had a question and Jordan was so attentive and on the ball with offering a solution. I've never had a problem here and always look forward to visiting. Highly recommend!!
