This location is great and the staff are extremely helpful. I see them cleaning regularly while I am there and they are always friendly and cheerful.

sidney greeted me as soon as walked in help me get set up. i talked to her about a membership there and i will definitely be back to talk with her to further my time there

This was a great gym. Sami was an employee there that was super nice and helped me around the gym. She was was always helpful and very polite!

I love planet fitness but this particular location has very poor customer service. The management is not very attentive to customer inquires and they have very poor communication skills. I was working out 5xs a week and the old manager was amazing. But when Covid hit I stop going and canceled my subscription because I paid 4 months but was not utilizing the membership. However, they continued to still bill me. So recently about 3 months ago I stated a new plan but they had my home location in Fredericksburg VA which I explained to that manager and they put in the transfer but when I went to tell this to the new manager she was less than helpful I informed her that I was with them for over 3 years faithfully and that they made an error. She was rude and never got back and when I went to repost this to corporate office. There was a boatload of people who had the same issue. So after waiting a week without no response I'm canceling and continuing my membership with the YMCA. It's a bummer because I truly liked going. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I loved the service at planet fitness, Sami was a wonderful help and helped point me in the right direction for what I needed , she was a pleasure to talk to and she made me feel very welcomed :)

When I walked in, Sidney was very attentive and made sure that I was well taken care of. It was very clean and a good amount of different equipment to have a complete work out
