Nice gym - terrible hours..40% of the week they close at 4pm. I understand for religious reasons their closing on Friday at 4, but Saturday, and Sunday also? The pricing is not competitive at all, and with the terrible hours, you practically need to go to another gym for 40% of the week just to get your workout...whats the point, keep the Gym open until 8pm on Saturday and Sunday...this is not a staffing issue, this is not a cost issue...they got massive donations to build the new gym, now u need to keep it open

Great place to work out -- the equipment is clean, and well-maintained. I never find it overly crowded. I wish they had more yoga classes (I'd be there every day!) but, overall, it is one of the better facilities in the area. Their pool is very nice too.

Place and staff’s are not bad! But there is one lady at night shift around 7pm she Doesn’t even know how to talk! To someone I’m a muslim when she see my first name she didn’t even allow me go in she made excuses saying alot stuff she is racist its not only me alot of my friends told me when she is there she give bad looks to black people and all! Our request is to remove that staff or else we gonna stop coming to jcc and we gonna have a group of people and we not gonna let someone come up to us being racist! No Racism!!!

It is a beautiful place to come with your family. I just joined free of charge until January but I just came a couple of times. Lucky that I am not paying now because if I pay I would feel guilty that I would waste my money. Gym, squash, running path, basketball court, swimming pool and many other things. I definitely recommend this if you have enough energy to spend after long working...

During this pandemic, I'm writing reviews for the businesses that have been essential to our family lately. Before the lock down, this was the go-to place for my family on the weekends. They have a huge family pool, an outdoor spray park pool, and an Olympic lap pool, a two-story gym with top of the line equipment to meet every need, lots of play areas for children, fun classes, a cafe, a theater and much, much more. Everyone of all faith and walks of life are welcome there and it is just a great place to go overall. Definitely check them out once they re-open!

GREAT place!!! Update: we went for swim lessons and it was magical!!! The instructors here and above and beyond the other places we tried. My little one had an amazing experience!!! And a heated pool with zero entry made a big difference!!

Amazing facilities! We went to a kid birthday party and the staff was great. BIG heated family pools, toddler pool area, outdoor splash area, family changing rooms, pool noodles, balls, flippers, water tables, and a separate pool for diving and laps, amazing! The only thing I didn't like was the gym had many under inflated basketballs with cracks and splits that didn't bounce well. But a very small thing compared to everything else.

New pool is the best thing ever happened in Rochester! Group exercise room (aka dance studio) is very small, classes fill up so quickly. Yoga rooms have no mirrors so you cannot check your posture. Yoga teachers are great. Cafe is nice but pricey. Membership is way too expensive.
