Crunch Fitness - Roswell

This gym is the worst. Staff is super unfriendly and rarely acknowledges your existence when you check in. It’s over crowded with people who have poor gym etiquette. There’s the people who spend 2 hours on the squat rack with a line of people standing there as they do 1 set every 20 minutes. There’s the wanna be influencers with their tripods in the way. There’s the gym bros who love mansplaining the “correct” form. The bathroom is always gross. They put the sauna right next to the toilets so it always smells like hot dumps. They make it next to impossible to cancel your membership and they charge you a hefty fee when you do. This place just sucks.

I travelled across town to use the three day trial at this gym however was told because I didn’t have a local ID I was unable to use it, what if you live in the area but haven’t got a local ID then you can’t trial Crunch, the system is floored and this should be made very clear when purchasing the trial to save people alot of wasted time, you should be encouraging people to work out not turning them away especially in the US where obesity is at an all time high!

I called last week I had questions about my account when I asked why my account was double charged she stated it was for a future month charged for July which I didn’t authorize, and asked if I wanted it refunded, and I said yes (which it’s yet to be) because I didn’t authorize it she was very rude nice nasty on the phone ,since I have been coming here I’ve not encountered anyone with that attitude. I’ve been coming since the location first open. Lately some of the new employees have not been as customer service friendly which is very disappointing
