Crunch Fitness - Roswell

The guy at the front desk is the worst i wasn’t informed of a 50$ annual fee after 60 days. I’m pretty sure the guys name is mike. He should be fired.

I joined Crunch about a month ago and I love this place! Great staff and always clean. If you're looking for a gym definitely consider joining Crunch!

The "manager" Damien us incredibly unprofessional, rude, and condescending. My husband had just signed up for a membership and we decided to go try it out yesterday for the first time. As a guest I was instructed they needed my ID, no problem..as soon as my husband left the building to go get it from the car, Damien proceeded to talk to me on a very confrontational and aggressive way. I told him he didn't need to be so condescending in which he replied "it's a privilege and a free workout for you, if you don't like it you can leave" then he followed that up by yelling "BYE, GET OUT OF MY GYM" so loudly that people who were working out stopped to see what the commotion was. Needless to sat my husband went right back to cancel everything.

Crunch as a gym is not bad but as a company they are garbage. You can go cancel your account and still be charged none stop even after terminating the membership. This has happened to a lot of my friend’s memberships.

Roswell crunch is amazing! Some of the best staff that are so helpful and friendly! And the gym is well maintain and most importantly clean!

Personal Trainer Addison has helped me so much. This place has great energy!!!!I do wish the gym was open later + was bigger. The gym is extremely busy!!!

Okay gym, that offers a clean environment for exercising...but for the amount of floor surface, too much equipment. It would be nice to have two movable benches for the two Smith machine and one of these benches should be able to offer decline/horizontal and incline features.This gym is very crowded from 4pm to 7pm and I mean very crowded, with people sitting on machines and texting. Ventilation/AC too weak at peak time and it makes it very uncomfortable to workout with all these funky odors flying around. It seems that the place is not a smke free place.; i saw people vaping and/or smoking in the locker-room and the shower area.....totally unacceptable!!!!!

Their in-person cancellation policy is primitive in this 21st century. It’s unfortunate that they don’t utilize technology to provide convenience to members. On top of that, like other reviewers mentioned, they are not honest about their business. My nephew was the one who signed up for membership. He was told that he could cancel the membership anytime. He wasn’t informed regarding the 90-day commitment and wasn’t made aware about 30 days cancellation notice. I attempted to make a cancellation request on behalf of my nephew who is leaving out of the country for good via phone but couldn’t due to their primitive in-person cancellation policy. Complicated and dishonest business conduct are how I see this Crunch Fitness Roswell runs the business.

I love this gym. The staffs are very friendly and sweet. I have been a member for almost 5 years and it's been amazing.

I love working out at the Crunch Fitness in Roswell. Everything from the lighting of the building to the multitude of machines and great personal trainers make this is a great place to workout. If you’re in the area, I suggest coming in for a great workout 😀. …
