Love this place and the staff! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I have been training with Edwin for several months and he is the greatest! He goes out of his way to help me in the gym, with food choices, and makes working out fun. I can definitely see the results in my self, and other people are starting to notice as well. I would recommend working with Edwin to anyone and everyone!

It used to be a great club. Caring and professional employees and good selection of exercise equipment and programs for kids and adults. I've been a member of this and several others lifetime fitness clubs since 2009 and can confidently say that this is one of the best fitness clubs around. I visit the club often and while there are some issues from time to time, they are always addressed.I’m downgrading it to 4 stars mostly due to poor food quality and overpricing at the cafe. If you want to get a certain heartburn, get a chicken bbq sandwich. Food at the pool cafe even worse. Occasionally, there’s a smell of burned food at the exercise floor. The prices are for gourmet meals, but the quality is only up to conveyer food service supplier. Ingredients are often mixed-up, but the “healthy hype” is there in abundance. It used to be much better better.Locker rooms are in need of attention- used towels and empty toiletry bottles often left in shower stalls for hours before they’re picked up.But, overall, this is a good fitness club, even though, it is a bit pricey.

My wifw and I spend a lot of time at this facility and we are impressed with the level of professionalism shown by all the staff. We feel that no matter what we are doing, at the spa, working out or grabbing an after workout drink everyone is focused on making our time there a positive experience. Its awesome!!

At first I tried to put my membership on hold while I was out for a couple months but I received no response and when I called they said no one there could help me. So after a few weeks sending messages and calling. Still no response from them. So I then tried to cancel my membership and again after a few more messages and calling. Still no response from anyone. I finally get a call 2 months after the fact because they can't process my payment because I blocked them from charging my card. They finally told me that I needed to come in and sign a form to cancel my membership. Not once when I called did anyone tell me that. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The gym is lovely, but the customer service is terrible. It took me three weeks to get an incorrect charge removed from my credit card. I called and emailed the sales rep, Ryan Davidson, multiple times but he didn't return my messages. I left a voicemail for the manager; no reply. I called the corporate office in Minneapolis twice; no call back. I got lucky and was able to catch a manager on the phone, Felipe Rodriguez, and finally got this resolved. By then I was frustrated beyond words.

Scam artists. They'll use every trick in the book to screw you out of every penny they can. It's pathetically evident they care more about signing up new rubes than they do about customer retention. If you're looking for a new gym for your NY resolution, save yourself the money and buy a bike. Customer "service" is a laugh. The only staff I liked was anyone working in the cafe or the locker rooms.

Love our gym membership! child care is my favorite thing they offer. Most of the employees are kind and patient with my kids. Without Family nearby the child care facility insurers I get a workout in in a couple hours to myself. The facilities are always extremely clean. The fact that they provide towels and hairdryers says a lot. The cleaning crew could visit the family changing room hourly on the weekends because it is in need of cleaning because it gets used so much. I really couldn’t imagine not having my membership with lifetime of Woodstock.

I joined Lifetime in February, and it was the one of the best things that I have ever done for myself. From the very first day every experience that I have had there is amazing. To start with the staff is amazing. The customer service that they provide is stellar and authentic, every single person working looks happy to be there, welcomes you, and if you ever need anything they help you right away. Being acknowledged in a positive way makes a huge impact on the customer and they must know that because they get it right every single time. The facility is spotless. You never see trash, towels, or anything just laying around. Lifetime doesn't even smell like a gym it's always fresh. Joining a gym is always hard at first because you never know what to do once you are there. Join Andre's Burn Class and you will learn just what to do. He has changed my life and he is the best personal trainer that I have ever met. He encourages you, pushes you, is patient, and teaches you that you can do things you didn't know you could. In the 5 months that I have been working with him my body can now do great things again. All the other trainers are just as wonderful they all smile at you, ask how you are doing, and if you need help with equipment or have a question never hesitate to jump in and help. You can tell that they enjoy what they do The selection of classes is huge so there is always something to do. So far I have managed the Burn Class which lead to the water classes which lead to yoga. Eventually I will be able to try them all. Each instructor is always welcoming and they make sure you feel comfortable especially when it is your first time. There is never a wait for equipment which is always nice and there are so many options and things to try that you can have a different workout every night of the week and not get bored. The spa is the best thing ever Tanner gives the best massage that I have ever had. Seriously that is reason enough to join right there. The people that I have met give me a reason to keep going back. I was surprised just how friendly everyone is from the staff to the other customers. I have made so many friends and even people that I just see are always quick to smile and wave when you see each other across the gym. The cafe is such a great amenity to have the option of grabbing a smoothie with someone after class and catching up or get a salad to take home for dinner makes life easy. Over the years I have been a member of a few different gyms and this is the only one that I have stuck with because I enjoy going so much. Even Pat the GM makes an effort to know your name so all the little things add up to big things. Thanks to everyone there that makes a difference.

Love this gym. You can go anytime you want for a workout or just relax. They have a spa, cafe,kids station and activities for the kids. During winter time, you can have fun in the indoor pool.Everything is clean and comfortable. It’s way more than just a gym. Once the outdoor pool is open, you can spend the whole day there and chill :D

Kids loved it.Aquatic manager literally made me decide to leave.Stupid rules, and one more important then the other one ...Great coach Karen!!! You are amazing! Thank you for all you've done for our girls.To bad, there will be no one to coach very soon ...Very disappointed!
