Great place. Everyone is super nice here. No judgement everyone is trying to help you reach your goal. There is something i dislike about this location. I used to go the Johns Creek location which has an updated water fountain system. Literally just put your water bottle under the sensor and it will fill it up BUT the Woodstock location, even though im paying the same amount as Johns Creek Location, still has an outdated water fountain system. Yes its small issue but if I'm going to pay the same amount of money every month as another up-to-date location i expect the same conveniences. Lifetime, will this be updated soon???Really other than that small grievance, its a great atmosphere.

I have been a member at many clubs over the past 40 years. This club is friendly and the facility is very nice. They keep this place clean, including the steam, sauna and locker room. Compared to other clubs in the area, it is a great value!

They're great until you'd like to leave. My wife has been home with a two year-old, pregnant, and not feeling well at all, and they absolutely would not let us cancel over the phone. The best part was, once my wife did go in to cancel, they required us to pay for an additional month. We already hadn't been using it, because, like I mentioned, my wife hasn't been feeling up to going. So now we're out another $170 for a service we're not going to use. Such understanding people.

Clean, equipment well taken care of. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. My younger kids love the kid care playroom. And the little restaurant has good food. On a side note the swimming lessons group is great every instructor we have delt with has been excellent

Terrible customer service. I there to pick up a family member, and was told by a staff member at the front desk that she would page them to the front. I have no problem and sit and wait. Twenty minutes goes by and I tell them I have to go to work and need to get that person, and that I would like to go and get them myself. She refuses and continues to do other things. Its now 30 minutes later, I am late for work, and have not been able to get my family member. I will never again step into this corporations facilities due to the staffs attitude, and hostility. Worst customer service I have seen at gym yet.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I'm paying 86 dollars per month I spect people to be little bit nicer. Camp have more than 100 kids, and the teenagers watching them are very rude and mean to our kids. This should be a great spa/gym to relax and enjoy time with family.

I was being charged for swim lessons that I have called to cancel in January. Lifetime continued to charge my account I called and spoke to several people regarding this issue, even one employee showed me in my account where it was noted to cancel in January. When it finally was cancelled in March I was not granted a refund for the months where I did not use the service which I had not actually used since November. December I was contacted about Missing the swim lessons and informed the employee i will no longer continue & wish to cancel. I was under the impression that the swim lessons were cancelled, yet lifetime continued to charge my account & as stated previously did not grant issue or recommend a refund, credit or anything which in result led to this. I am extremely displeased with the handling of my issue & feel I was no actually ripped off. I like the facility but do not appreciate how this company handles its customers and since I am here venting I signed up for a membership on September 30, 2015 paid membership fee and monthly dues only to be charged for monthly dues for the month of October 2015 and one day after signing up when I called in to inquire why or even how I could be charged for October was given the run around yet again. In summary if you want Lifetime Fitness to rip off your hard earned money feel free to join because Lifetime Fitness most definitely will & politely. Which is unfortunate because I was impressed with the facility but now in hindsight I see this company as a wolf in well dressed sheep clothing cash mongers. That when you request a well validated refund Lifetime Fitness will ignore it with a smile just like Amy Cone did when discussing the aforementioned topic above.

I have been a member for almost eight years and I have never complained about anything, even that I saw a lot of things that could have done better. I was told when I joined (2008) that I was grandfathered into my membership rate because I was joining as the location was opening. This meant "they will never raise my membership". When I tried to leave back on 2011, I was told the same thing, that if I leave at that time, I would lose the "grandfathered" benefits of my membership, so I stayed. On September 2015, my membership got raised. I have attempted to deal with the GM (Ben Dubin), but he is more into numbers than customer service or even doing the right thing for a customer of 8 years, as he is a sells man, who won't honor what was promised 8 years ago. He keeps telling me that the increase of my rate is due to the value they offer, that I need to appreciate the perks of my membership and my benefits such as "One guest pass a month" but then every time I have tried to use a guess pass during 2014 and 2015, I have been asked to pay $20.00 per day, per guest and if I dare to insist that they should be free, I got treated like I am trying to steal something from them.I am very disappointed on this new management and the way the club is operating. The "Luxury" that many people talk about is non-existing these days, the towels have holes and sometimes blood stains on them, the showers and sauna have mildew, and some weight equipment is non-functional for weeks, sometimes it does not get fixed until is really broken. The Group fitness classes are so full that you can not really do the routines and you have to leave the classes, and during the summer the pool restrooms are always very dirty and with trash all over. They have a hard working cleaning crew, but not enough people to keep up with their mess.If you join this facility, be aware that they don't stand behind what they promised verbally or what is written in the system from previous management, if it is not in your contract, you are not getting what they told you. Like people said before, it is all about the "SALE" in this facility and I personally feel taken advantage of and like they may have engaged in misleading sales practices with me, this is why I am leaving the gym after 8 years. In addition, if you are unhappy, do not try to file a complaint with Corporate, they won't reply back, and the GM will keep trying to convince you that you are losing so much by leaving to try to make you forget why are you leaving in the first place. This new Manager does not care about his customers, and it looks to me that he mainly cares about achieving the sales goals at the end of the month. If you join, be ready to get increases, lack of commitment and tons of sweet talk. For what is me, I will never do business with this company again.

A dream for stay-at-home moms! We pay monthly for childcare, which gets you two hours a day, and it is awesome! Ashley and the other childcare workers seem happy to be there and like professionals. Tons of toys. My toddler gets so excited when she realizes we are going to "play at the gym." I even use their Aveda spa because I can get my hair and nails done without having to find a babysitter.I also like:-The facilities and equipment are clean, modern, updated, and pleasant.-Ahhhmazing pool, almost like being at a resort. With an awesome water slide!-A great indoor pool for when it gets cold!- Hot tubs and a sauna.-The website tells you how many times you've worked out that month!-The yoga classes are good.-The cafe has high-quality products. They even carry VEGA protein powder.-I love the spa. I've gotten a facial and massage with the free LT Bucks they gave me and I'm about to try hair and nails. It's upscale but the prices are totally reasonable.-Speaking of which, we got hundreds of LT Bucks when we joined. The only reason I am giving this four stars is because most of the classes are either too early (when I have no energy) or too late (after 5, when I'm winding the kids down, doing dinner, etc.) It would be so nice if they added some daytime classes. Also, Lifetime is not cheap! But it's better than having a cheap membership I never use, and that has definitely happened.

I joined Life Time fitness for a number of reasons:1. It's opened 24 hours a day.....I think 7 days a week.2. Huge, well-lit parking lot right in front of the building (unlike my old gym that had parking a block away - - - with security issues.3. A wide variety of fitness classes4. State of the art equipment5. Clean facility.....great steam room and fresh towels!6. Café with healthy choices at a reasonable price! What I don't like about Life Time fitness - - - EVERYTHING is a sales pitch! If you are unfamiliar about fitness and what your goals are....you could get sucked in! If you keep that in mind and let them know that you are not going to spend a penny on Personal Training or special products to track you metabolism (who needs that) or group fitness personalized classes to loose weight....you will truly love this club.I have only been going a few weeks but so far I see a lot of offerings that I will certainly enjoy. I gave it 4 stars because the aggressive sales strategy is a big turn off for me! But this club really supports the term "you get what you pay for!" I pay $66 per month for my membership!
