If I could, I’d give 3.5 stars for the significantly variable coaches. 5 stars for Mandi and Brian. One of the other coaches does NOT provide clear direction and we were left looking at each other wondering what she wants us to do... and when are we meant to stop doing it. Didn’t tell us we needed to keep an eye on our average distance..: until AFTER we had finished rowing? You don’t need soothing, unclear coaches in these classes - you need high energy, motivating, engaged team members and clear and constant communication. I will return to avoiding certain coaches at this facility.I get it. Everyone’s different, but when I have visited other OTF locations, the coaches have all been - without fail - high energy and highly engaged.
