THE BEST COACHES WORLDWIDE!! Period. I've done OTF all over the country (and even in other parts of GA) and OTF Roswell is lucky enough to have the best coaches past and present. As long as Darcy and Lee are there, I'll never leave.

I've been taking orangetheory classes for over a year now and every single class has been amazing! The trainers are all great and the workouts constantly change. I am a runner and never made time for weight training in my daily workouts. OTF is half resistance training and half cardio! I don't have to sacrifice my daily cardio but I am now using more weights than what I used to do at my old gym. Whatever kind of goal you might set for yourself is easily obtainable with orangetheory. If you haven't come by for a free workout yet I would highly encourage you to do so! It has definitely changed my life for the better. I feel amazing and I am stronger than I have ever been.

I have been exercising with Orangetheory Fitness for three weeks and I love it! The staff members are very friendly and professional. If you need any assistance, they will be happy to lend a helping hand. The coaches are highly skilled and motivational. They will push you to a level you never thought you could reach.

One word: Sensational!I love this studio! All the trainers are really cool and knowledgeable. They keep me motivated and focused during my workouts. I also like the fact that, along with the trainers, I can see my own results as I'm working out. The workouts kick my butt but that's what I need! :-P

I was honestly never someone who regularly worked out in a gym (as my exercise consisted of organized sports or running) - but after an injury sidelined me from contact sports for the better part of two years, there's only so much individual running one can do without losing motivation or interest (in my opinion anyway). So upon a friend's suggestion, I decided to try the OTF studio in Roswell - and I could not be happier that I did. The workouts are upbeat and fun - and never the same so you are constantly improving different parts of your body. And while some members in your class may have different goals in terms of what they are looking to achieve, that has zero impact on your workout as you control how hard you want to push yourself. The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and engaging; and the staff could not be more friendly and encouraging. Personally, it has served as a great start to my day as I am left feeling wide awake and with plenty of energy. I highly recommend giving it a try - but will warn potential members that it can be addicting!

I LOVE this workout! The time went by so fast because we were constantly moving and doing something different. I loved the fact that I was getting a mix of strength and cardio in one workout. The personal trainer in charge of the class is always coming around and helping you, making sure that you are doing okay and your form is right. I would consider this to have the same benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost. I strongly recommend this workout if you want to get fit and burn calories while having fun!

Absolutely love this place. The best way to describe the class styles is personal training meets group fitness circuit training. It's unlike anything I've ever tried. One of my favorite things about it is that you wear a heart rate monitor and they calculate how hard your heart is working as well as exactly how many calories you burned based on your weight and height. The trainers and staff have so much personality and are really helpful.
