I have added 2 updates....Still not a fan because of repeat billing when canceling a membership. I was given the "Runaround " and that never sits well with me. This was the Canton Rd store in Marietta Ga. I do not normally post derogatory reviews but I decided that this is appropriate considering the time wasted on the phone with the staff there. Update: The owner (not sure of his name...) has made a reply. And an assumption that I am a member (I'm not). My mother was giving a one year membership to my sister and that was several years ago. My mother is 89, deaf and non-ambulatory and on a fixed income. I'm her caregiver and I'm on no income. Well, I get paid in love and that's good enough for me. Any way I did as I was asked and emailed the specific's to "Owner". I guess I'll update again If I get a reply...... Update...3/18/22....Planet fitness has once again drafted my mom's account. Save yourself a headache and choose another gym. I've got to make a drive to deal with these knuckleheads.

Love the Hydro massage and the Beauty Shake machine. I've been going 3 and 4 days a week and scars I've had from when I was a kid are disappearing! The Beauty shake has been making my skin tighter. After a work out I set aside one hour for self care. Ending with the beloved massage chair.

Staff is okay and seems to enjoy working there. But this location is just too busy and doesn't have enough of the most popular machines. During busy hours only half the cardio will be used but there might be a 30 or 45 minute wait on a Smith machine during non busy times. Sometimes people are not even using a Smith machine they are just using it as a space to do other exercises. Unless you want to work out late at night you will find yourself being frustrated at having to wait on machines.

Updated 2020. Totally insane. Not requiring members to wear masks. Desk staff does not have goggles on. How do you ensure your machines are clean. No temperature taken at the beginning of the workout. Force me to come in person to quit.
