Can't help but wonder if they're doing their very best here. The employees seem to be part time students or inattentive volunteers? The equipment is fine, it's fine, but things get sticky on the membership end.

Overall amazing experience, place stays clean, staff is super helpful and friendly, and everyone seems to be happy! The place is very well equipped with everything that any gym- goer would need! 10/10

Constantly harrasing me asking me to wear a mask when leaving.... and asking if for my number when i walk in as a guest obviously with my boyfriend. Worst planet fitness location i’ve been too. DO NOT GO HERE

Can't say enough positive things about the PF on Canton Rd!!!!Dylan (manager/trainer) has been Awesome at not only helping me with "my design your own program", but has also done all but one of the classes I have signed up for. He actually listened to what I wanted to accomplish in my workout programs. He seems to care about the individual (rare now days!!) The entire team at the Canton Rd location is super friendly and willing to help. Kudos to the Fabulous Team at Planet Fitness

I used to never have a problem with this place. Come in, work out, leave. And after 2.5 years of coming here they decided to charge me for a month THEY failed to charge me for from a year and half ago. They should have charged me for it then not now. They don't know how to handle money, and clearly didn't care that they were wrong. And thanks to Kevin for giving me a reason to cancel my membership. Nice job dude...
