Studio 348 is my favorite start to the day. The trainers are great to work with and keep me motivated to work harder and see results. They tailor the workout to each woman's ability level and with a little extra challenge so you always feel like you are improving. It's also nice to have the 4 on 1 training because you get the personal attention from the trainer yet have a few other women to build some camaraderie with. All around great place to workout! It's my happy place!
