My fiancée and I joined 10 months ago to lose weight and get fit for our wedding and we’ve made so much progress. The coaches are all super helpful, and all the members are super friendly. They also do goal check in’s every 3 months to make sure you’re sticking to your fitness goals and making progress. Super great community!

11/10 gym 🔥Went in and had a few 1:1 sessions with Nnamde, great learning experience on proper workout form. I’ve been attending the weekly group sessions since and love it every time! I feel great every time I leave class and really appreciate how every workout is scaled to your abilities. Also, workout performances are tracked on an app and all progress is monitored. Highly recommend!!!

OBK is an amazing place! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive! When they say all fitness levels are welcome, they truly mean it. The coaches are incredible! They always listen to my concerns and give helpful feedback! They are encouraging and always break everything down into specific movements so you can focus on one thing at a time before you put them all together.

Dropped in and had such a great workout! I was new to the whole cross fit thing and wanted to just check it out. The coach made sure my form was correct and provided “beginner” modifications for me. Intense workout and such a great experience!

Owners and coaches are so wonderful and patient! They truly take the time to get to know your goals and help you achieve them. It has been years since I last worked out (back to back pregnancies). I am 3 months postpartum from my latest c-section and they have been able to adjust the moves as needed so that I don’t injure myself, but can still get a wonderful workout in and become stronger. Would absolutely recommend!
