I have been coming here for a little over a year, and I can't say enough good things about this place. I've lost 53 pounds (and counting!) and frequently get compliments on my appearance. It feels good to know the hard work is paying off. The instructors are all great and thorough with how they lead their classes, and the front office is very friendly. I'm glad I decided to start coming here, the results have really been worth it. I feel better not just about my appearance but about myself overall

Regymen is a great place to start your fitness journey because the coaches are all very understanding and extremely helpful and getting started on working out.
